Take Five Cookery

Today we picked up the take five cookery’s dinner box with sardillis. It was delicious and I look forward to my next box from them. 😋

Keisha was awesome and incredibly helpful. The staff are very friendly and service oriented, and the food was great!

Also! I love spicy things and my girlfriend hates them, but we both loved the chipotle sauce they have there. It’s sweet with a little heat and definitely worth trying.

Today I ordered the California Turkey Club. The sandwich was huge and had a generous serving of turkey, bacon and cheese as well as avocado salsa. The chef was attentive and willing to modify if I wanted. Everyone was very helpful. Kudos the Team.

I recently had to put on a large corporate breakfast. I could not have picked a better place to cater this event. This was the best choice!! The muffins, bagel, fruit salad, etc were amazing! The entire presentation was great and left little for me to set up. The staff there was awesome and couldn't have been more helpful to make sure that this lunch ran smoothly. Any last minute things I needed were readily available. I will 100% be using Take Five for another catering event! Lisa - Thanks to you and your team for such a wonderful experience!

I stumbled upon this gem today completely by accident after trying to find it for months. :-) I highly recommend this eatery....the tuna poke bowls that i ordered were absolutely stunning to look at and a marvel on my tastebuds. :-) It is fair to say that it was the best poke bowls i have ever eaten. :-) Kevin and his crew are over the top friendly and I definitely can't wait to go back to enjoy some more amazing food. :-) Keep up the good work guys. :-) See you sooner than later. :-)

I love this place for breakfast and have been coming here for a few years. They have an in-house chipotle sauce that is fantastic and can be purchased separately. The appearance is more of a cafeteria style look, but they have great staff and great food.

Received this Lasagna Duet dinner w salad and dessert as a drop off dinner from dear friends. Was amazing, kids loved it and was so easy to warm up. Amazing, please support this great business, you won’t be disappointed. !!

Friendly owners. Great quality food for the price. Homemade soups are amazing. Staff is friendly and they move quickly even during lunch rush. If you work downtown Hartford, I recommend trying it out.

Fantastic place that I'm genuinely impressed by. Like many, I've worked downtown for years and had never been here. Try it, you won't regret it. The food is fresh and delicious, the coffee is wonderful, and it's easy to bounce in and out in 5-10 minutes.

My spouse and I have shared two catered meals prepared by Take Five that we obtained through Sardilli’s Produce. The meals - chicken breast and beef lasagna - were magnificent. These folks really know how to cook!

Whenever I am traveling through Hartford at lunch time I always go to this amazing restaurant! Today I thoroughly enjoyed the Asian Panko Chicken Salad! Wow is all I can say! Such incredible flavors and a great value!!

Yesterday, I attended a one day developmental course downtown inside One Financial Plaza, better known as the "Gold Building". The e-mails I received with pre-work and FAQs mentioned that "there was a nice cafeteria downstairs". That description really didn't do justice to what I found when I stepped off of that down escalator, because the Take Five Cookery was exceptional.

We got the Swedish meatball dinner through Sardilli today. Everything from salad, dinner, dessert... delicious! Look forward to trying more from Take Five Cookery! Thanks guys! Yum! 😊

Nice staff, good menu, and frequently changing daily specials. Also kudos for using locally sourced produce.

The food is good the soups are great. Nice friendly service. Good place.

The best food in Hartford period. However tjey close at 2pm and closes for the weekend.
