I have used American embroidery for multiple occasions and have been so pleased with their work! Lisa is great to deal with and has often gone out of her way to rush orders for me when I needed something done as a gift. Our logo is pretty intricate and has many colors, Lisa took the time to make sure every color was matched perfectly during the embroidery process and it looks fantastic! Lisa and the team from American Embroidery are the best around. I started my company a little over a year ago and they were always kind and patient with me when designing and ordering my merchandise. They are fairly priced and always have my products ready for when I need them. I forgot to order some sweatshirts for my last truck show and I called her on Wednesday (3 days before my show) to make 100 sweatshirts for me. Without hesitation, she overnighted the material needed to get the job done. By Friday afternoon I had all 100 sweatshirts in my hands. If that doesn’t show you how they treat their customers I don’t know what will! Don’t look anywhere else, this is the place to come. Great local shop with wonderful attention to detail. We engaged American Embroidery to brand duffle bags and jackets for our employees and they did a wonderful job carefully selecting colors to match our logo, and embroidering each piece with care. We have been looking to make some logo'd apparel for our business for us to personally wear. At least to start. My husband found them online and we were happy they were a local business we could deal with. We had tried some online websites and the quality wasn't what we expected. We had a great experience from start to finish! They suggested we alter our script for our logo so the thread would stand out more. We love the finished product and look forward to placing another order very soon for our clients as well. Working with Lisa and Tracy was effortless. We highly recommend them.

Tracy and Lisa are literal miracle workers. We turned to them after our uniform supplier couldn’t deliver two days before our first game. We ordered hats and shirts to be delivered the night before our first game and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done on time. Now we turn to them for everything. As a new business owner, they completely saved our season and we will be sending tons more business their way. To add to that we got tons of compliments. Could not give them more of a recommendation.
