I brought my car here because I won a free detailing and let me tell you that they went above and beyond!!!!!!!they didn’t care it was a free detailing. They work hard on this car looks brand new. I highly recommend this place. I will be taking my suv here next.

Carstar truly exceeded my expectations with the excellent service they provided for my car! JP and his team were absolutely wonderful and took exceptional care of my vehicle, going above and beyond what was required.

I had the opportunity to interact with 3-4 different teams, all of whom were incredibly professional and respectful, especially Jordan! Their communication skills were top-notch, and JP consistently kept me updated on the progress of my car.

To my surprise, they even took the initiative to fix minor details that didn't necessarily need attention. I am genuinely grateful for everything they did and will definitely return to them if I ever need car repairs in the future. Thank you once again, Carstar!

I damaged part of the front airdam system on my 2018 Corvette. Fortunately, the friendly and knowledgeable folks at Carstar East Hartford were able to check it out and provide a reasonable estimate. I brought the car in at the appointed time in the morning and was pleasantly surprised when they called mid afternoon that day and said it was ready for pickup. The car looked fantastic, I was thrilled. Also the fee was true to the estimate, no "unexpected" parts or problems. I found JP, Doug and the rest of their crew to be pleasant, straight forward, and a pleasure to work with.

I had an excellent experience with everyone at CARSTAR. It was a pleasure from start to finish. Although my car was deemed totaled, they were incredibly kind and understanding when it came time for me to clean out my vehicle.

I had a wonderful experience with Carstar of East Hartford. From the first call to when I picked up my car, JP and team made what was an awful event much easier and pleasant to deal with. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were very thorough in the repair of my car, including cleaning it, prior to pickup. They also took care of alot of the communication with Enterprise for my rental car. It was so helpful that my insurance company, Carstar and Enterprise worked seamlessly together and I barely had to do anything but show up. Thank you to JP and your team for your exemplary service, I will definitely recommend Carstar to others and return myself, though hope I never have to!

From beginning to end my experience with carstar and employees was great. Communication was on point. Everytime there was a change they informed me right away with a message then followed by a phone call that day. No hassle at all. If I need car repair in future I will be going to carstar of East Hartford.

The team was very professional and kept me informed on the repair process the whole time they were in possession of my vehicle. They were very patient when answering my questions and even made accommodations to fit in an additional repair request. My vehicle was returned clean and cared for.

I have used CarStar in the past.
I recently used them, and although it took longer to get my car back than it did before the pandemic, they STILL did an outstanding job getting my car fixed. It looks brand new. Thank You, CarStar for your superb service.

My vehicle was hit in a parking lot in my passenger side door and bumper area. We went through Carstar in E Hartford for the repair and were extremely satisfied with the results. The work is seamless and looks like new. This location also cleaned my car prior to pick up inside + out.

They went above and beyond when they decided to repair my inside visor on the drivers side. It was taped up and hanging from a thread for months as we hadn’t taken the time to get it fixed. Someone at Carstar must have noticed this and done the repair as it was like new when we picked up our vehicle. This was such an awesome surprise as that visor had been causing much frustration. Amazing service! Thank you so much.

Carstar performed body repair work on my vehicle. The repairs were as expected, excellent. I received daily updates on the status of the repair, all the staff were helpful, informative, and professional. My vehicle was detailed so well that it looked like the day I bought it.

CARSTAR is the must outstanding automotive repair company in Connecticut. They’re very professional and does and excellent job when repairing your vehicle. I am not only pleased with the work they did on my car but they also gave me back my car looking brand new with even the interior/exterior clean and detailed. From now on starting December 19,2022 each member of my family and friends will only use CARSTAR to take car of our vehicles if and when they are an accident. Also I gave them a 5 star rating but they deserves a 10 stars rating. Excellent, excellent, excellent job!
