While missing beautiful Baltimore, Maryland seafood, stopped in this Hartford, Connecticut Bradley International Airport Phillips Seafood restaurant to hopefully remind me of home. Relaxing ambiance, super friendly wait staff and quick order to table service. My selected order of very delicious lump crab meat crab cakes, fried shrimp and coleslaw was heavenly. If you are flying out of, through or into here...come take a seat, enjoy yourself!

Very good experience with my server Christina. She is such a hard worker and an efficient server. I ordered the shitake mushroom pot stickers in the sweet Thai chili sauce and enjoyed them. My friend ordered the butterfly shrimp with waffle fries and coleslaw. We were both pleased and satisfied after eating. Not too bad of a portion for the price. The silverware was questionable

I usually don’t eat airport food….. my flight got delayed and I decided to grab a bite from here….. when I say it’s the best meal I ever had at an airport I really mean it…… also Maryann’s was a great server if you happen to have time it’s a 10 outta 10 definitely recommend….

Great dining option for the Bradley Airport. The bartender was extremely friendly and the food was flying out the window for everyone's order. If there's any negative in this aspect, it's that food prepared that fast is probably not fresh. But, this is an airport and we care more about the speed than freshness here typically

I ordered a meal a bit off the menu - a Caesar salad with lobster meat. The lobster did not taste great to me initially, but it soon dawned on me there was no seasoning of any sort on it. So I generously sprinkled salt and pepper on it. I followed that up with Tabasco sauce, but I don't recommend that to people - I just like things hot.

After that slight adjustment, I enjoyed my meal very much! The total cost for an Old Fashioned and a Lobster Caesar Salad was 38.40. I consider that pretty good by airport prices.

I recommend this restaurant if you find yourself at the Bradley Airport and you're looking for some seafood!

I was traveling through Bradley Intl airport and I stopped here for lunch. I got the calamari and it was so good. It was very tender unlike some calamari I have had before. The server was very nice as well. Very nice place to eat before you depart.

Great service and. Great food. I had the shrimp sampler because I wasn’t really hungry. If I was hungry I would have order more. The season on my meal was great. The taste was awesome. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to stop by this location. Oh, the dipping sauces are perfect!!!! Haven’t had anything like it. I think it’s a pineapple dipping sauce, the tarter sauce, and cocktail sauce. I normally dislike cocktail sauce, however, they must have put some magic in this sauce because I actually enjoyed it.

Above average airport food. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with honey mustard, and a Bloody Mary. Both were excellent, I’ll return when I travel again.

Awesome experience! This isn’t a “I guess we’ll have to eat at the airport” place, it’s a “let’s wait until we get to the airport and go to Philips!” place. Food is destination quality. I found the grilled chicken sandwich I was craving the whole week in Hartford…at the airport?! Great variety of drinks, and the service?, Also not airport norm, Christine and Dennis are the best! Wish it was closer to home!

Always a great experience. Bartenders are always cheerful, quick to help and very courteous. I have access to the lounge but I choose to come here because it is a consistently exceptional time. Good selection of beers, and a full bar for cocktails. The crab cake sandwich is impeccable. The food is always the same, every trip, every time. I actually look forward to visiting this bar for the friendly folks who remember your name and the delicious food.

Great foods and service portions could be larger but overall the food was seasoned well. Plus our server had a great personality

If you find yourself flying out of Hartford, get there early so you can eat and drink at Phillips. The food is good, the drinks are strong and the service is awesome. Stephanie was my server and she’s fantastic. Airports suck as a whole but Phillips made my experience in Hartford enjoyable.

As they said, when in New England, do as the New Englanders do. I had the clam chowder and the crab cakes. Both really nice.
The only dislike was paying $10 for each Modelo on draft. 👎🏽

Quick Service and more lobster than any other lobster roll I've ever tried! The calamari was delicious too.

Let me start by saying the price is not accounted into this review. You're at an airport seafood restaurant - your wallet is going to hurt. However, with service far exceeding most restaurants and food coming out faster than you can think, dish presentation up-to-par with a cookbook, and food that tasted just as good, this is a definite try. The crab cake was stuffed with whole crab meat, the butterfly shrimp a crispy golden brown and perfectly cooked. And the sides just as good. I'm not sure what is or isn't frozen - my pallet isn't professional enough to tell that when the quality is so high. If I wasn't a broke college student, this would be a regular spot. But, I can't recommend this place more.

Christina was a fantastic bartender, she recommended my meal and I was totally satisfied with the New England clam chowder and the chilled lobster roll with waffle fries and tarragon mayo. If I have time before my next flight or before being picked up at the air port I will definitely have to come back.

Good food and Lydia is on point! Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of the menu and drinks available. She makes you feel comfortable and offers suggestions when you’re undecided. Second time I’ve been here in two months and the service is consistently good.

Food was exquisite. Nicole was amazing. Couldn’t ask for better service anywhere. Will be returning every time I fly out of Bradley!
