This place is great! I have purchased a lot of stuff here through out the years. I recently got another bike and I needed some new tires put on before a big trip. Even though they were booked up for the week, Jordan got me in and gave me a great price. I highly recommend them. They have been around forever and have always done good work on my bikes.

Jordan and his team of technicians are the best I’ve experienced in a while if not ever, with Jordans remarkable customer service, running me through everything, updating me, answering any questions I had and so true to his word. Same goes for the team of technicians that know how to actually work on machines as other dealers do not. Their detection the work they put out is unmatched. Highly suggest New England Cycle, thanks guys

I needed to get a pair of tires mounted on my KLX230, I had the pleasure of working with Jordan in Service. I fully expected the job to be done professionally as my friends, family, and I have been doing business with NECC for years. It's kind of hard to go above and beyond on such a simple job, but Jordan found a way. On a busy holiday weekend, not only did he get the tires mounted in a timely fashion, but Jordan also managed to go that extra step by cleaning and polishing my wheels. You simply don't find great service like this often. Thanks Jordan!

Bought my first real bike here, a Kawasaki Z650 RS. The bike is absolutely amazing and the salesman Jim Tabor was great. 5 STARS. Would do business here and with Jim again in a heartbeat.

Gary, the manager was fantastic. Even though they weren't opened, here allowed me in and both of us with our social distancing and masks on, made a deal for a brand new Kawasaki KX250. Financed. Paid for and picked up today. Thank you New England Cycle and Gary for being there.

Best day ever! I saw the bike I wanted on their website and went down the next day.

Trade-in a motorcycle. Jim was fair assessing the bikes value and made the process a breeze. The place is beautifully setup and includes a great variety of bikes, parts and safety equipment.

Awesome company and people. I was at the end of a 10 day bike trip. I had my wife drive from Maryland to meet me. Jim from sales and some of the service staff loaded my bike in the truck so I could do the last 400 miles in comfort. They went above and beyond to help a stranger in need. Thanks again guys.

I first became a customer at New England Cycle Center last September. The employees there--both sales and service--are highly knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection of bikes and equipment is pretty big and could potentially be overwhelming, but the staff can help you find just what you need. Unless of course, you would rather just wander around the store for awhile, and then it's nice to know that they won't stalk you (like you might find at a car dealership!). As a new rider, they helped me to find the perfect bike, and I'm sure they will help me grow my collection over the years!

Purchased a 14' Street Glide Special in March fo 21'. Great experience, sales was the exact opposite of pushy, were friendly, honest, and fair.

Several months into the bike and I couldnt be happier. I would recomend this establishment to anyone.

Great service dept. They got my 1980 Kawasaki back on the road for me. Rebuilt all four carburetors bike runs great and the cost of the service was really fair.

I had a great experience purchasing my new Suzuki RM-Z450 from New England Cycle Center. The dealership is very clean, and has many parts and accessories in stock to get you out riding as quickly as possible. Brandon Priolo is my contact over there in sales, and is the best in the business. Brandon took the time to explain everything in order to make it the best sales experience possible. I would highly recommend anyone to consider New England Cycle Center for their next bike purchase.

I just purchased a 2016 Yamaha Grizzly from New England Cycle Center. We worked the details out with Gary and found him to be extremely honest and fair. He had excellent knowledge of his products and we were able to reach an agreement pretty quickly. When the ATV arrived there was a little bit of confusion about what we had agreed upon, but after checking the receipt Gary came through with exactly what we had been promised (we upgraded a standard item). Another salesman, Jim, threw in some freebies just to make sure that we were satisfied. Nothing but good things to say about these guys; they totally came through on a great deal with a great machine. I live near Danbury and I will make the drive to Hartford for my next purchase; Highly recommend them!, good solid people.

Just Purchased a FZ-07 from here. Not only am i extremely pleased with this bike. I couldn't say a bad word about the process, price, or help from the guys at NECC. Actually was surprised that i was able to show up on a week day at 4:30pm and come home with a bike that day! Brandon was a great guy to deal with and i have no complaints. I would recommend taking a look at this place if you are in the market for a new bike.
