I thought it was a great place. It's older but very accommodating. I would stay here again if I was in the area

We booked one of the loft rooms and it was wonderful! The place is clean and it feels like an apartment. 2 queen beds downstairs with a queen pull out sofa & a bathroom. A full kitchen so we made some meals which was actually quite nice to do. A king bed upstairs and a bathroom too. The buildings are a little difficult to figure out at first but you get the hang of it. Lots of parking. Would definitely go again.

My family stayed here over the weekend on part of a multi-stop vacation. There were 7 of us ranging from 1yr to adults. The suite we had accommodated us perfectly. We had everything we needed. The staff was talkative and delightful. Everything was clean and attractive. My kids had a great time in the pool, as did my wife and I. The buffet breakfast was amazing... I could go on and on! They even had a free grill for anyone to use! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great price, great experience, great service!

Loved this place; nicely laid out with a decent kitchen, two bathrooms, flexible seating area. We comfortably fit 5 people and could have fit 6 if there were 2 couples and 2 singles.
The free breakfast buffet was a subject of contention in our group; some whined about the quality, and the styrofoam plates. I personally appreciated that they had great coffee, including decaf, a rotation of hot entrees, oatmeal with fruit and other toppings, yogurt, cereal, and more.

My fiance and I found this place last minute. It was very affordable for a 2 bedroom loft, which was much needed for our family of 7. There were TVs in the living area, lower bedroom and upper bedroom, a full kitchen, and 2 full baths. The only downfalls were 1) no baby gate offered and 2) the half wall to the loft makes the bed unsuitable for a baby to sleep with mom and dad. The pool area was nice and will kept, and staff were friendly and willing to accommodate. We would recommend this facility in a second!

I brought my son & 2 of his friends for a 2 day one night vacation. This hotel was in a perfect location for our activities. The loft room was a great price, very clean, & incredibly comfortable! The boys loved the pool & hot tub. I enjoyed an incredible nights sleep. The continental breakfast was incredible as well! All the staff were met on our short stay was very friendly & helpful. The grounds were well kept & we didnt hear other guests & hopefully they didn't hear my loud kids either! We all very much enjoyed our stay. I'm looking for a reason to go back!

I gave Sonesta 5 stars based on my expectation of a hotel in this price range. It exceeded all of my expectations. It was clean and updated with the whitest linens I've ever seen. It's always a bonus when you don't cringe before getting in bed. The pillows are amazing, mattresses are pretty darn good too. The free breakfast offers far more than the typical continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the kitchen. Other guests were very friendly, it was quiet and felt like a safe area. The pool was very clean and was not overly chlorinated. The location was very convenient and only a short drive to all of the amenities in Burlington and Williston. I would highly recommend Sonesta and would stay again!

my wife and I along with a number of friends have been coming here for 3 years now. Last year the hotel under went renovations which naturally increased the price to stay per night. We have been given the same rate each time we stayed years prior, and decided to call to inform them of this and they verified the same. We also included that we would be coming with a party of 6. I spoke with the GM (Gael?) and he was readily willing to give us the same price to stay for the weekend at the property! This was a very classy and show of good business on his/their part. The rooms are in great shape and the little kitchen areas are perfect for keeping some snacks and drinks in during the weekend. The bed is VERY comfortable, and housekeeping is prompt. We have no desire to stay elsewhere when we visit the Burlington area when we come up yearly (sometimes twice a year) Only staying at Sonesta!

The service was excellent. The staff was courteous and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The pool and gym were well kept. They even have a BBQ and fire pit outside. A great place to stay with the family.

Nice rooms, friendly staff for the most part. A little high but the kitchen helps offset the costs. I'll be back the next time I'm there

My daughters and I stayed here for a couple of nights and we really enjoyed the stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And it is located not far from some restaurants as well as 89 that will take you to some good vacation spots while you enjoy your stay.

Really clean rooms. We did not hear anything from the other rooms. Breakfast was really complete and good (eggs, bacon, potatoes, fruits, yogurt, cereals, oatmeal, juice, coffee and more).
The only minor thing I have to say is they don't have recycling in the rooms. It would be a great addition.

Value value value!!! Paid less than a hundred for a room with a kitchenette! Saved money by making dinner myself one night rather than going out! Nice cozy room. Room had a fireplace that wasn't working, but heat was fin and had that cranked. Breakfast is reasonably good and included.

If you are looking for a place that is in the middle of what's happening, look somewhere else.

This place is secluded. And I was fine with that.

I stayed in the loft-styled room. A little drafty on the first floor but the heat was adjustable and made up for that. Everything was clean and comfortable.

This is the perfect hotel for a young family traveling on a budget. We brought my in-laws and two kids under 10, and with a private bedroom with a queen bed and its own full bathroom upstairs for the grandparents, and a full bathroom, two queens and a pullout sofa downstairs, the layout is ideal. With a spacious indoor pool and a generous grilling-seating area, you've got everything you need regardless of weather. Breakfast is typical free-breakfast fare, competently executed, but bagels, Starbucks, Panera and excellent local dining options are all 5 minutes away. By staying a little outside Burlington, you save a lot! The staff have been unfailingly friendly and helpful: Greg at the front desk called our room after our check-in to make sure everything was ok. The only negative: the wifi in this sprawling hotel complex is spotty at best, and at least for us was not suitable for streaming video. For us that just meant more time in the pool!

We had a nice time staying in a suite. During covid, you can exclusively reserve the pool area for 1 hour for your family per day, which is a nice touch. Good value.

They truly have thought of everything ! Nothing is generic. Nice dishes. Plenty of electronic charging stations! Free dinner 3 days a week and it is good. Housekeeping is wonderful!
