We had a boiler leak and I was lucky enough that it happened on a day that Tim was available. His customer communication skills were excellent, he called when he was delayed in traffic, let us know when he had to go out and get additional parts.
The job was expertly completed by the end of the day.
I am very satisfied and would consider using Laplante's again.

Absolutely a fantastic experience. I lost hot water and initially used a different company who didn't approach the problem and then never called me back after they couldn't fix it. But LaPlante saved the day. The plumber was kind, thorough, explained everything, kept figuring things out until he was able to find the problem. He gave advice on what to do next and how to prevent the issue from happening again. He was timely and did not leave until the job was done. Everything you would expect in reliable, intelligent, dependable service.

A year ago, we needed new sink drains, kitchen piping, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator connected. We called around and took the best quote. We regretted that as he botched the job badly and days later it was leaking and he wasn't responding to our calls. We ended up needing another plumber to come out, and they were from another area, so the mileage charge was hefty. This year, I had a toilet and sink/vanity to install, so I talked to Laplante's as they're not too far away. The rates are higher, but there's a lot of comfort in knowing the job is done right. And it was done right, plus the plumber who came out was professional, thorough, and courteous. I work from home, so I'm always nervous having a stranger in my home when I need to focus on content writing. Our plumber was fantastic!

With the Holidays approaching, my hot water tank began to leak. Ikes! As with everything mechanical in my home, I reached out to my brother who has connections in the trades. He highly recommended Laplante Plumbing and Heating as my go-to resource. I called and spoke to Hillary who helped me with my concerns, and without delay, they showed up to my home to assess what was going on. All things considered (and long story short) we chose to replace my tank and boiler with a wall hung Bosch Greenstar 151 Combi (on-demand boiler and water heater) (see picture).
Even after I chose to move the boiler location, Chuck and Don had the work done in a couple days! The job was neat clean and dry. I cannot believe how quiet the new unit is, and how amazing the install came out. This job was bigger than it started out to be, and through all of it, these guys really impressed me. On time, professional, productive, and reasonable. Taking a problem that any other plumber would insist was a simple tank replacement, and allowing my input and preferences to come up with a solid solution for me and my family.
Now in the middle of an Arctic blast that would have taxed my old boiler, I have to check to see if this new one is running because it is so silent. The house seems almost magically warm and I am really happy with my endless hot water too! I look forward to my gas bill so I can see how the manufacturers efficiency numbers play against my expenses.
I will call these guys again as I finish the space once occupied by my old boiler, since we envision a new half bathroom in our basement living area.

Donald at Laplante's Plumbing is one of the best in the business and rightfully takes pride in his work. Re-routed our boiler room with new pipes and valves. Looks amazing and will be much easier to service and diagnose if something goes wrong.

My furnace started acting up on a -20 degree night and Chuck at Laplante's was the only company to actually tell me they could help (instead of "sorry, we're not taking new customers"). The furnace was working intermittently, so it wasn't the easiest to diagnose. Chuck was very professional and kept me informed about what was going on, how things should be working, and next steps if changing the inducer fan assembly didn't resolve the issue. Luckily it did and the furnace has been running smooth since. A+ would recommend 10/10

Coordinated by Hillary, Don and Chuck first rescued us this past winter, right when it was really cold and when our old furnace, which has served us very well for a long time, no longer functioned properly. And last week, indeed within only two days, they installed now the Bosch system which is known to run not only very efficiently, quietly, but also pretty much without any maintenance.
We highly recommend Laplante's: they are friendly, thorough and very efficient professionals!

Chuck came to help out with a hot water problem. Not only did he solve the problem in about half an hour, he explained very clearly and extensively what the problem was and how to fix it. He is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me understand the issue, and how the system works. He also recommended other fixes to plumbing and heating that he noticed. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Chuck and Don completed the installation of our new furnace today!! They are so knowledgeable and efficient. Separate from the furnace, they even did a little extra repair on something for us just to help us out a bit more. I can't say enough great things about these two. Chuck from Laplante's went above and beyond during our first annual furnace inspection in a new home. He took the time to explain the functions of the system, what tests he was performing, and made recommendations for increased efficiency. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with these folks.

1st time using Laplante's, They took my emergent service request without hesitation, contacted me promptly, worked with my schedule, showed up when indicated. Chuck, spent time listening to my issue, looking at the problem. He took the time to educate me on what happened, why and how to prevent my issue in the future.

After a local plumber tried unsuccessfully 4 different times to find and fix a problem with a dripping pipe from my furnace - on a Sunday, with a sudden disaster of rushing hot water, I called Laplante's. He knew immediately what the problem was. Chuck was traveling but by phone, calmed me down and talked me through getting things safe until he could get here on Monday. . He and Darin installed a new hot water heater, explained everything to me and then repaired a leaking kitchen faucet too! They are the best! I will never call anyone else!

They are very busy but when they come after booking online. They are very good and equipped for your issue with your pipes. One time I was looking water pressure and they found a peice of something washed down main Street pipe that broke on the street and lodged in my pipe. Winter city street pipe broke down the street. And basically I lost water pressure. Who would have figured that out.??

I forgot to cancel my appointment with Laplante's, and they were very nice about it, even though the last-minute change must have ruined their schedule for the day. So I can't report on their work, but their communication was quick and professional, and they handled my mistake gracefully.

I own a small family business, and needed a master plumber to inspect some plumbing. Called around everywhere, but no one was interested. I called Laplante's, and within minutes Chuck showed up.
