I went to this store for the first time yesterday for a few items. The store is very clean, neat, and well organized. There were quite a few customers needing assistance and the phone was ringing as well as it is a holiday weekend and I guess people are working on projects just like me, the staff did a great job of hustling around taking care of everyone all while wearing masks. Yes I had to wait a minute or two but it wasn't a big deal, they were doing their best. I will definitely go back.

The staff is always informative and helpful! I walked in this morning after a procedure on my toes, and the young woman up front greeted me, and asked if I needed any help. I told her the list that I had, and she helped get everything I needed and answered all of my questions as I hobbled around. They even had the paint for my bookshelf I needed, and the oven cleaner that I have been looking for everywhere! I live right around the corner so it is super convenient to have this hometown store that I can walk to! Support small business!

I try to use manchester hardware as much as possible for all my needs I would specially pleased with the service that when I go there I don't know all their names but I do know that jackie provides the nicest smile along with great service and excellent advice when needed I think everybody in town should try to use manchester hardware instead of the big corporations of home depot and lowe's stay local

Manchester Hardware is great! They have a wide selection of hardware. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I've always found what I was looking for. It's faster and easier than one of those big box stores.

I love this place! We're a 'Sound for Film' pro-recording studio & M.H. is very close so I pop in there all the time for everything I can think of! Beats the heck out of a drive to the mall, crowds and 16 mile military marches inside the HUGE stores which takes an average of an hour-+! The staff are all great and very knowledgeable & helpful ( today a young staff member custom cut some acrylic sheets for me ) while a young female employee held down the fort with a constant flow of customers! Recently, on a Saturday- one of the best drummers on the east coast was recording at our facility and needed something ( I'd bought ) at M.H. so I gave him directions- just a mile straight down Main street. He called me later that day to say 'what a GREAT place...was like stepping back in time.. they had EVERYTHING and were helpful & friendly!' Now he said he'll shop there instead of the 'big box' stores.. Looks like MH & the Studio will have the repeat business! I'd give 10 Stars if I could!!

Manchester Hardware has a decent selection of materials. Very helpful staff. It's also nice to support the local shop instead of the big box places by the mall.

Very helpful staff and this hardware store in particular has things for the house that I haven't found at other hardware stores. They have a wide variety of choices here.
