Charles at the front desk is amazing. He got me in ASAP and followed up with me after each appointment to check on my kitty Dipper. Charles is very bubbly and polite and definitely calmed both me and my kitty Dipper down upon arrival. Victoria and Natasha are amazing Technicians, they are both so professional, knowledgeable, patient, quick and precise. I know my kitty is in great hands with them. Dr. Asher ties the whole crew together like glue, so knowledgeable and professionally. The atmosphere in here is so peaceful and calming for both you and your pet. 10/10 recommendation. The staff truly cares about your pet they only recommend what’s in the best interest of your furry friend, and reviews all options before your appointment. Me and Dippy both love it here. And I know you will too. 🥰

I've been going to Beaver Brook for over a decade and whenever I have a concern, they're the people I trust to do it right. Wonderful and knowledgeable staff who always immediately put me at ease when I take my kitty there. They're skillful handling my anxious animal and explain things well to his anxious dad. Shout out to Rae for being flexible and compassionate.

I had to take my cat here for an urgent visit today. The person on the phone, the receptionist when I got there, and the vet tech were all very nice and calming while I was anxious about my pet's health/safety. The estimate they gave me was less than I thought it was going to be, and the receptionist even helped me figure out Care Credit while I was waiting to check out. I am grateful for this clinic and the staff who work there. Thank you!!

I recently had the pleasure of seeking veterinary assistance for our newly adopted kitten at the Fox Memorial Clinic in Newington, CT. While they were unable to accommodate new patients, they went above and beyond to assist us by texting several links to partners who could help with our pet's care. It was through one of these links that we discovered the Connecticut Veterinary Medical Foundation (CVMF) program, which offers $125 vouchers to alleviate the financial burden of veterinary expenses.

I must commend the Fox Memorial Clinic for their dedication to connecting pet owners with valuable resources that can help ease the financial strain of veterinary care. Their proactive approach played a crucial role in helping us find the CVMF program, which ultimately provided us with a voucher that significantly assisted with our veterinary expenses.

In our search for a veterinary office that accepted the CVMF voucher, Beaver Brook Animal Hospital in Wethersfield stood out for their outstanding customer service. From the moment we called, Jazz greeted us with a warm and friendly manner, making us feel valued as customers. She promptly scheduled us for an appointment the very next day and provided clear instructions on what to expect.

Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Rae, who assured us that she would attend to us shortly. The office was impeccably clean, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our experience exceptional. We were impressed when Rae used pheromones to keep our kitten calm during the visit, showing their attention to the comfort of our pet.

The staff, vet technicians, and Dr. Asher were all highly knowledgeable and informative. They provided empathetic care for our kitten and took the time to explain all the available options for services, as well as breaking down the costs. They prioritized our budget while ensuring that our pet received the necessary care.

Our first visit with Dr. Monica today at Beaver Brook. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, my kitten did not even notice she was getting a vaccine. Very relaxing environment kept her completely chill. Highly recommend this practice!

We ABSOLUTELY love the staff at beaver brook!!! We have been going for years and they have been absolutely wonderful to our fur babies. They were super compassionate when we had to say our final goodbye to our elderly shihtzu. They welcomed our “tiny” (70lb) puppy with open arms when we took him for his shots and all of his puppy visits. We truly adore the doctors and the office staff!

I've been coming to Beaver Brook AH for many years. First with my German Shepherd who passed away 3 years ago and now with my baby boy bull terrier mix. Dr. Monica is fantastic! And they are Fear Free which is a big plus for my high anxiety rescue boy. The entire staff is amazing. You can tell how much they love animals and love what they do. I'd never go anywhere else with my babies!

My cat and I love this place!! Once my cat is settled in the room he likes to explore and look at the fish tank or the birds outside, which i like because my previous vet didn’t allow my cat even to leave his carrier. All the techs are great and very detailed about what they are going to do to my cat. Afterwards once the doctor comes in they are both very thorough and very gentle with my cat.

Employees are very patient and understanding. Kind and knowledgeable. PROFESSIONAL STAFF!!

Dr asher is the best he is very thorough with the exam explains everything and answers all your questions . He saved my dog pepper when he was very ill .I will never go any where else for my dog s care .He truly loves all the animals he treats .staff is very courteous.

Dr. Asher, Lindsay & the rest of the staff took phenomenal care of our beloved Sid. From the first visit you could tell the team at Beaver Brook truly cared. They were extremely accommodating with Sid’s needs and were always readily available to provide education on Sid’s medications or treatments. I never once felt rushed during the *several* phone calls I made to them. I truly cannot thank them enough & am so grateful for the care they provided.

We have been going to Beaver Brook for the past year since we first rescued our dog, and I haven't had a bad experience yet. From the front desk to the techs to the doctors, everyone is friendly and willing to listen and help. We have done our boy's well checks here and they are great with keeping the records and reminding us when it's time to re-up on a vaccine or a medication. Their online pharmacy also provides ultimate convenience and the occasional discount on the heart worm and flea/tick medication that we have our dog on. It's easily run by our vet for a prescription and quickly delivered to us.

Our latest interaction was a periodontal cleaning for our dog, which necessitated general anesthesia. They readily provided answers about the procedure and the discharge instructions when we eventually picked him up. When we questioned a charge from the procedure, initially they were not forthcoming but that seemed due in part to the person we directed the questions to, but it was resolved in the end by their lovely office manager. Despite the hiccup, I would still recommend them to anyone who loves their pet and is looking for care and I'll be bringing my dog back too!

Was very unhappy at my previous vet due to poor communication. Decided to try out Beaver Brook and they were able to schedule me an appointment very quickly. I got an email and call for appointment reminder. Came in about 10 minutes early as requested which allowed my cat to come out on his own as he was very nervous and for the vet tech to collect needed information. Not sure what these negative reviews about Dr. Monica are about. She was very kind and addressed my concerns about my cat. I purchased their flea/tick/heart worm preventative and the vet tech offered to show me how to do it. Check out was easy, quick, and reasonably priced. A day after my appointment, I received an email following up on how Kuma was doing and with his test results. Everyone was very nice and communication is great.

We appreciate how each staff member and the Dr. makes us feel as if we are their "personal" friend and interested in our lives and "small talk" as well as our pet's well being. It is a very relaxed atmosphere through out.
