I've had my beautiful gold necklace for about a year now, and while snowboarding the clasp broke. I was devastated and also so relieved I still had the necklace even though it was broken. I brought it in and explained what happened and Ellie didn't hesitate to install a new clasp for my necklace. Love that they support sustainability, take care of their customers and made it seem like it was something they should be doing. So impressed and will continue to support such an amazing business ❤

I went here to get my ears pierced for the first time! My sister recommended it to me, and I am very happy with the results! The piercing was quick and painless, and they have many earring options! I got small round opal ones, and I love them! My ears have not hurt nearly at all, and I love the high quality products! They even gave me a free candle!

Overall was a tad expensive, but for a high quality piercing that I can trust to be done well, I think it was worth it!

I loved all the rocks and gems everywhere along with all the little snakes! I love snakes and they were so cute!

Very beautiful store with a wide selection of jewelry. I was able to get a same day piercing appointment with Sierra and she did a phenomenal job with my daith piercing. She was knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. Will definitely be back again for my jewelry and piercing needs!

I have had my ears pierced three times now, all with bad luck and keloids galore. The piercer at Mineral & Matter (I forgot her name, oops!) is so talented, clean, detail-oriented, and so sweet! I’ve had my earrings for a few months now with zero issues. The 14k gold jewelry is also excellent quality. I’ll absolutely be a returning customer.

I love this shop! The jewelry is so gorgeous and I love the witchy/pagan themed stuff they have. They have tarot and crystals and lots of doo dads to peruse. My friend and I went there recently for permanent bracelets and they were so fun and kind while we had them done. Definitely check this place out if you've never been!

Got my ear lobes pierced at the City Creek location and had a great experience! The piercer was very thorough with sanitization and told me what to expect with each step. It was quick and much more painless than my previous experiences with piercing guns. Their rates are also much more affordable than many other studios in SLC. Will likely be back to get more done!

I have been going to the pop up store in City Creek for the past few months. It is always clean and beautiful and the staff is amazing. We had a few hiccups with a product but normally everything is high quality and stunning and they were quick to resolve the issue and were very kind and respectful. I am really impressed with the service that was provided to me and I look forward to future store visits. They really went above and beyond. I could not have had a better experience or outcome. :)

I bought a super cute necklace & my sister bought a ring she adores. Unfortunately, my gold-plated necklace tarnished (potentially user error!) but the owner refunded me in full - no questions asked. I would absolutely return. Not only do they have unparalleled customer service, but also their jewelry is stunning!

Love this little shop! Stacy is so awesome and helpful and I haven’t seen a piece of jewelry from her that I haven’t liked. Plus now you can get your nails done there! Poor photo quality but I needed a size 10 ring and wanted an opal - Stacy hammered one out right there for me. Love this little store. (Not to mention I got my nails done at the nail bar too!)

They have the cutest jewelry ever. I got my helix pierced there with Sierra and she made the painful experience more enjoyable.

Such a beautiful curation of products, many of which are made IN HOUSE, and many others are made locally by other women-owned businesses.

I have several of their rings and can't walk past this place without looking through everything they have. It lures you in. And the prices are really reasonable (especially considering the fact that their jewelry is made right there).

And I know the nail bar is technically its own business but it's worth mentioning as the only nail bar I go to anymore.

We got some gorgeous decorative arrows from here since my husband loves hunting and he has them our room. Also love the jewelry and the store itself is beyond cute, the gemstones make it ✨a vibe. ✨ Gorgeous!!
