JB Pride Uniforms

The store has a whole new transformation. I was greeted by employees that were willing to help. Was able to get my daughters shirts and walk out with the merchandise in hand. The whole transaction was smooth from start to finish. I really like the new company!

I just wanted to reiterate other reviews posted in that the service is great. I went in ten minutes to closing and was greeted with a smile. I listed off all the items I needed and it was all in stock. I know East Hartford was burned last year with the uniform debacle but this company is legit. They will treat you right and meet your needs. I will be back there later in the fall to purchase winter apparel. Thank you

Although the line was really long the staff was doing the best they could to move it all while dealing with the rudest customers I’ve ever seen!! This one lady had the worst attitude, cutting people in line and being really rude to the people at the registers 🙄 I told them that I work in customer service and deeply apologize for her actions and hoped they had a great rest of their weekend!

She was rude, inconsiderate and had no manners but the staff remained calm and polite the entire time!

Great experience!!! I was in, ordered, recieved shirts & fleece, paid and out in 20 mins!! Great employees, building nice and fully stocked!!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT A BREEZE!!!
