I work for a non-profit, professional association. I have been very unhappy with this company. I have send them meter count each month and 11 out of 12 months the copies are always lower than in our contract. Of course we NEVER receive a credit. In November we went slightly over and we were charged a surcharge. I called and spoke with "Mark" who repeatedly coughed and sneezed into the phone and told me that "it doesn't work that way". There is no professionalism or customer care from this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.
