Jose Medina was great! He helped me out tremendously and went above and beyond. His approach was not overbearing, he gave me space but was readily available when I needed assistance. I’m happy he was covering the Manchester, CT location yesterday!

Eli was amazing! I was working on furnishing an apartment for my mom. I came in last week and told him that I would be looking elsewhere and come back on Sunday. He was professional, even though I am sure he did not think I was coming back. He was patient while I picked out an affordable bedroom set and adjustable base. I was even able get affordable coffee and end tables and two dinning chairs. Even though the Manchester store has more options in the outlet, I stuck with the Hartford store because of him. Over the years I have bought a number of items from Raymour and Flanagan so far he has been the best Salesman that I have worked with. If you go in, ask for Eli!

Greeted immediately upon arrival and brought to the "Relaxation Center" which had all recliners and power lift chairs in one place! That was great since we didn't have to wander in the big store and could be sure we had seen all our options. Mr. Edwin Narvaez, sales consultant, listened carefully to our requirements and pointed out all specific chairs that met them. No wasted time. He was professional and attentive and left us to discuss. We found two perfect power lift recliners and the transaction was quicklyu completed and finalized at the customer service desk. I had a great experience at this R&F location. I can't say enough good things about Eli, who helped me find a mattress. After trying a couple of other stores where I felt pressure to buy something expensive (including another R&F), Eli pointed me toward a range of options based on the criteria I had given him, including those on the very-affordable end, and in every way helped me to find what was best for me rather than what led to a better sale. He is a friendly person who is present but also lets you have time to yourself. Final point: I chose a mattress and it's being delivered tomorrow (no extra charge) with the option to return/exchange within 120 days. Definitely a happy customer. 👍🏼

My husband and I have purchased a few pieces of new furniture from Raymour & Flanigan since moving into our new home. Each experience has been so wonderful. We never felt rushed or pushed into purchasing anything; we have a bit of an odd layout in our living room and Jose spent so much time looking at photos of our space and helping us make a decision. Such a great team of people and really beautiful and high quality furniture!
