Papa Johns Pizza

Omg I was so happy to finally get food from here. So happy the combo they did the crust like I wanted it garlic parm the bonus was stuffed crust with marinara sauce on the side so good nice and hot fresh out the oven. The wings was good too for me it had a hint of smoke so happy it was good. Had to get a dessert cinnamon bites yum just disappointed that it wasn’t super hot like I like it but can’t complain because it was good.

Excellent customer service!! I placed my order and decided last minute to switch one of my items, unfortunately they had already started my order. I told the representative no worries it’s ok I will take my order as originally placed. He was kind enough to add the additional item on him! Of course we went back and fourth a bit, but he would not stop insisting lol. Definitely will continue to bring my business there

Love the pizza here. The guy said he'd bring it out to the car and when he did he saw we were gonna eat it right then and there. So he went back in and brought out single slice boxes. Was thoughtful of him

Brilliant pizza . The taste was delicious. It smelled fresh . The crest had that fine smell of oven fresh pizza. The Italian guy that makes the pizza seems to enjoy making the pizza. Every pie looks round and seems like a workman’s craft.
The restaurant is clean and gives you that brick oven feel.
Try their Works pizza. Just a big Mac.
I tried their online and signed up for the rewards points . Good job guys.

I was in Hartford, CT for the night for a show at The Bushnell. Got back to my hotel room around 9:30 PM and decided to get delivery rather than wander around the city looking for a place to eat.

I decided to order Papa John's after hearing about all the negative press they've been getting because of their CEO, John Schnatter.

"No way the food is that bad," I thought to myself while reading half a dozen threads on Reddit that were full of negative comments.

I ordered a pepperoni pan pizza with the three cheese blend, an order of garlic cheddar knots, and a Diet Pepsi.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything tasted. The food surpassed all of my expectations. The pizza was good, the knots were good, and the garlic dipping sauce was pretty good as well.

My one complaint is that I received a regular Pepsi, not a Diet Pepsi. However, having past experience as a Pizza Hut employee, I understand how chaotic it can get working at a busy chain restaurant. On top of that, the delivery came quickly and the driver was friendly.

If you've never had Papa John's, give it a shot. I'm glad I did.

Papa John's Pizza is great, but so aren't alot of other places. So what sets them apart for me is there app and reward system. No seriously. The app is super easy to use, and intuitive. The rewards are great and seem to accumulate quickly. I think I get a free pizza after every 3 or 4 I order, which is an not awesome return! The actual pizza? Delicious.

Good wings!!!! Pizza sauce was so so but it was very good. Order taker was not so good on the English language and had to repeat order to him a few times but for the most part he was friendly and helpful with a good attitude. Will return if I'm ever around the area.

Love the taste of this pizzeria. The pepperoni is full and delicious. The place is the cleanest in Hartford. The free pizza texts are very helpful. I usually get a free pizza every month. The $6.99 medium two topping is the best deal. Keep it up guys.

Everything we ordered was delicious made right to order great customer service one of the better experiences I've had it a pizza parlor in a long time so I give I give Papa John's a 10 out of 10 rating for cert customer service and quality food

This is what I call pizza . Very delicious and very fresh . Their wings are really mouth watering . The chef is good . He is good at his work . The place looks clean. Perhaps the cleanest place in Hartford.

Right next to Trinity College. I always order from them. The pizza comes hot and on time and very delicious Even in snowstorms they are open. Their manager Mansoor is a delight . Always happy and always proud of this pizza. Online deals are excellent. Love it

We love going to this location specifically because of the friendliness of the staff and our order always being perfect! Ali provides exceptional service and makes sure that everything is right before we leave! We love coming here

Lucky to have this location in business the only location left in hartford. there is no other location from hartford to western Massachusetts. Most of the locations closed after the owners passed racial comments in this area.

Friendly and quick customer service. The pizza was fresh. They had a special going on and it was very reasonably priced.
