The owner Steven was very nice to allow us to dine in even though he was short staffed . Great apps ( wings) . The curry could use some extra curry. Fried rice was kind of bland but chili sauce made up for it . Amazing pickled Radish. Wish them luck to get back to full steam

I came here with my aunt on a Saturday afternoon to try out their pho after hearing great things about it from friends. We were able to get parking right out front in the nearby lot and had only a quick walk to the restaurant. The inside was cute and we were seating very quickly by the waiter. He was very friendly and quick to offer any help if we needed it. I got the chicken pho and my aunt got the shrimp, however the egg noodles options looked great as well.
The food was well made and full of flavor, also for the price it was a great deal! I'd highly recommend stopping in to give it a try.

So delicious, a real treat! The pho was delicious and the steak was incredibly tender. Mix ins were fresh and crisp. We also enjoyed the lemongrass curry and the Vietnamese pancake immensely. The owner seeks to ensure you feel comfortable and have the perfect meal. Don't forget to save room for dessert because the sweet rice with mango is the way to end a delicious feast!

Whenever I go out to eat somewhere else in Manchester, I always find myself thinking “why am I not eating at Bui?” Definitely my favorite restaurant in the area, Bui has impeccable service to back an extremely tight menu. Favorites of mine are the spicy duck, the traditional pancake, and the pineapple rice, but I have yet to try something I didn’t love.

I love this little Vietnamese restaurant in Downtown Manchester. Their food is amazing and you can tell they put a lot of heart in it. Very authentic and flavorful. The Mi Ga, pho, shaken beef are phenomenal!

Ordered from Bui about 2 weeks ago, just getting to my review now. We had the Chicken Pho, the Crunchy Chicken, and the Veggie Rice Noodle Stir Fry. We were hoping to get the Fresh Rolls, but alas they were sold out.

The service was excellent. We waited for our food, but we watched it being carefully prepared by the staff.

I've had Vietnamese food in many places; this was absolutely one of the best in years. All three dishes were delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy with a great flavor; the vegetables and noodles were perfectly cooked; the Pho was clearly a homemade broth, and the ingredients were all high quality.

Looking forward to ordering again and trying other menu items.

Been going here for years and it is easily one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always delicious, the service is always amazing, and it's always a great experience. The quality is fantastic and hasn't wavered once in my 5+ years of eating here. If you haven't tried Bui Vietnamese yet, please do. There is not a single dish I wouldn't recommend, but my personal favorite is the lemongrass curry with tofu and a fried dumpling appetizer.

I just ate the best steamed pork dumplings I’ve ever eaten. And the place is being closed by the city of Manchester. They don’t know how long they will remain open. Go there and eat!! It’s so good

What a gem! First time trying this place and the ratings did not disappoint! Food was delicious- my first time trying Pho (did chicken option) and the flavors were amazing! Cilantro, basil, lime, and jalapeño are the best combo in a soup! Light, not salty, and just delish! My toddler LOVED the fried dumplings! We couldn’t believe it- we never even got a chance to try it! The Fresh Roll was amazing and my husband enjoyed the honey pork and says they chili paste (which they make and sell) was so good and plans to buy some! My husband picked up our order and was so impressed at Steven (the owner) who thanked him for supporting their small business and told him they were super appreciative. He explained the menu to him and couldn’t have been more gracious. We will be coming back here soon!

I can’t tell which is of higher quality here - the food or the customer service! Their food is always delicious, I have tried a few dishes and loved them all! And the people working there are so nice and accommodating, their customer service is outstanding. 10/10, would recommend highly!

I went here for the first time about two weeks ago to get some pho. It was amazing. The food is so good and a great atmosphere. Kevin, the owner, is so nice and genuine. He gave me a sample of the chili paste they make there and it was phenomenal. I went back and bought a jar of it to cook with. I put it on everything. Such a great local business. Job well done for quality and service.

I love this family owned and operated Manchester gem! Amazing customer service and super fresh food. They also offer a bunch of delicious vegan options - my favorite is the delicious Tofu Sauté.

What an amazing experience! Steven was so attentive even though it was busy and was a two person operation for dinner time. He was kind, passionate about serving and making his guest feel comfortable and welcomed. His ability to multi task, take care of his incoming patrons along with the phone orders that was coming in while remaining calm is something you don’t normally see. Anyone could easily become overwhelmed. He was graceful and I am grateful. Thank you Steven and the wonderful chef that made the most amazing Pho! Can’t wait to try everything else on the menu.

What others say about wait time on the weekends is true but what you get is quality.

My mom and I came here for dinner on a busy Friday night. Waitstaff gave us a heads up it would be a long wait but we weren’t in a rush. It’s BYOB, so we split our favorite bottle of wine and relaxed while waiting for our meal. Pho was yummy and the steamed dumplings were a great app choice!

Great local pho! You must try their food....and the staff is extremely friendly. I was having a rough day and the person who handled my order is one of the genuinely friendliest people I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with.

Hands down the best pho I've had, and the portions are guaranteed to satisfy. Everything they serve, from the broth to their chili sauce is all made in house, and the family that works there knows how to make some great food. They sometimes have some specialty items on depending on the time, so definitely check for those; if the Bun Bo Hue or their homemade drinks are available, I would definitely give them a try (especially the Green tea). I'm not sure if I went at a lucky time, but it wasn't too busy, so if you don't mind a bit of summer heat to go with your noodles or fried rice, it's a great time to go
