Mobbs Farm - Valley

Great trail for hiking and biking... Def very muddy today when we went .. but we all don't mind and had a blast and enjoyed the time spent and fun hike... Will go again when drier conditions are advised... But yea def a great set of trails

Privately owned walking trails with little bridges and a few scrambles. "Dog friendly" with a few leashes and a lot of off-leash (not sure if there are dog rules). Very well maintained. I respect what it is. But there are no amenities or accommodations. I hope it stays just like it is.

Great spot. Went mountain biking here. Lots to see nature wise and very nice spots by the river along the trail and some hidden swimming holes.

What a great place to escape and take a talk. This place is close to Burlington, and the surrounding areas, and has great walking trails. I hesitate to even review, because they are quiet and beautiful, and I don't want the secret to get out. There is a bit of everything, some fields, some views, some woods, and a stream. Dogs can walk here off leash, and mine loves going down to the stream to play in the water.

Though not a particularly challenging hike, Mobbs Farm is nice little getaway. It is tranquil in the winter and there is a creek for cooling off the dogs in the summer.
