Horrible rental agency, definitely the worst I’ve ever been with if not the worst in all of burlington. The apartment itself was grossly overpriced, outdated heating, doors not closing, slanted floors, horrible paint, excessive dust, obviously neglected. As well the maintenance staff is incredibly disrespectful and I unprofessional. They would start almost ever morning by arriving at 8am, screaming explicitly at their unleashed dogs, coughing excessively(while unmasked throughout entire pandemic), aggravated venting/swearing, talking bad about tenants and rental agency. As well there is no snow removal from driveways (which was advertised in rental). This causes ice to build up and creates a very dangerous situation for tenants. As well they will squeeze ever cent out of you security deposit, they will find anything to charge you for, all while neglecting the serious issues within their units. If you like waking up early to dogs barking and old men swearing then this may be the unit you’d love. If you have a hankering for none of your doors to close, or want to breathe in mold and dust from an century old building, than this really may be your best bet. Save yourself some time and look anywhere else, these apartment are FAAAAAAAAAAAAAR from worth the price they charge. Stay aware of these slum lords, hope this agency goes out of business for good!!
