When my friend Abbey referred me to Conner at Element Real Estate, she said "He's young, but don't be deferred - he's one of the best, hardest working, and smartest real estate agents I've ever worked with." We hired Conner after he sat down with us and gave us a detailed, numbers-based presentation on the state of the market in our local area, which is currently insane - it's Burlington, VT. In the world's tightest real estate market, we ended up closing on a for sale by owner house that was barely listed, with Conner deftly navigating both sides of the buyer and seller equation, in less than 10 weeks. I really want to emphasize - he pulled this off in a context in which there is close to ZERO inventory on the market. He was completely on top of our timeline, contract needs, requests for visits and communications with the seller, and everything else, and always put our needs first. I am so glad that we found our wonderful house, but I kind of regret that I won't have need to work with Conner for a good long time. I engaged Tanner Faucett nearly two years ago with hopes of buying my first home. My goal was to buy a two or three unit property that I could owner occupy. I was not able to be approved for a loan at the time but Tanner has a wealth of knowledge in the owner occupied / investment property world and gave me all of the resources and information to set myself up for success in this endeavor. Tanner shared all of this knowledge with me two years ago before any sort of commitment and was nothing but helpful throughout the entire process. Tanners local connections and experience made this an incredibly smooth process from start to finish. I have now successfully closed on my first duplex and could not be happier.
