Excellent experience at the Hartford office, the receptionist was very pleasant and I was seen by the nurse then Dr. Pratt and then Dr. Hoffman.
My exam was very thorough and I found both Doctors very pleasant and knowledgeable. The result was that the Drs. consulted and I was given the least invasive treatment, which so far seems to be working well. I highly recommend Dr. Pratt and Dr. Hoffman.

I honestly feel this practice will not be functioning much longer. I worked at this practice for 6 months and saw nothing but chaos and poor management. I witnessed an MA treat patients with total disrespect where nothing was ever done. In the 6 moths of working there I saw 7 employees quit! They can not keep anyone there due to management. Honestly the Doctors provide amazing care to their patients, it’s unfortunate the office has to be such a disaster. I was harassed due to health issues in my final weeks there, it was heartbreaking to know that management did not care. In my opinion, The CT Department of Labor should investigate this practice. Could be a great place, so unfortunate.
