As a company to work for this is by far one of the worst. They do not take care of their employees nor do they respect the employees. They will tell u that you are doing a good job and all caught up on your work but in the same sentence tell you that u need to get along with the other team members. Which one is it? Do work or suck up to everyone. The team leads will go as far as to throw away your name plates upon your departure from the job.

I was recommended to this facility by my primary care physician. CTGI initially conducted a series of tests, which unfortunately my insurance declined to cover, resulting in a significant out-of-pocket expense of nearly $2700. Subsequently, they proposed additional tests with an estimated cost of another $2000.

Upon this experience, I sought a new primary care physician and severed ties with both my previous healthcare provider and CTGI. Currently, my health indicators remain stable, and no modifications have been made on my part.

It is imperative to acknowledge that healthcare providers, like any business, must sustain financial viability. However, it is essential to approach this delicate balance with the utmost dedication to patient well-being. Instances where unnecessary tests are suggested can contribute to congestion within the healthcare system, diverting resources from those who genuinely require attention.

It is crucial for individuals to remain vigilant consumers of healthcare services, ensuring that medical interventions are warranted and beneficial. Establishing a relationship with healthcare providers who prioritize patient health over financial gains is paramount in promoting a trustworthy and patient-centric healthcare environment.

Never go here. They schedule you for completely unnecessary exams, procedures, and blood work which charge exorbitant amounts of funds which you pay out of pocket (even though they tell you to your face your insurance will cover) The staff, who are completely inept, do not return phone calls and threaten you with collections if you don't pay immediately. I am in the process of reporting this branch to the better business bureau. I suggest others do too.
