Park Avenue Apartments

Beautiful, brand-new apartment building with awesome architecture. I loved the huge windows inside each apartment with great finishes: roller shades, great color scheme, high end cabinetry, top of the line appliances. Also, great common spaces with nice working from home options. The gym is huge but somehow underwhelming. Regardless, I dare say this is Sugar Houses’ best place to live. Great management team!! The bar has been set high! Look at that amazing view off the top floor??

I have lived at Park Avenue for almost 2 years now, and I love it. This building really cultivates a community for the residents. I have made so many friends around the building and using the amenities. The staff is incredible specifically Kelly, Rebecca, Bill, and Phil. They are always so friendly and on top of requests. The property is beautiful and is kept to a high cleanliness standard. I have no complaints about living at Park Avenue!

Let me preface by saying I've lived at Park Ave for 2 years now and at 32 years old have lived in many luxury equivulant buildings and this one is (by far) the most impressed with.

First the location here is VERY ideal. You're not in center city and you are the closest from SLC to get to Park City because route 80 is across the street. If you are skiier or snowboarder you'll appreciate the location a bit more. One of the nicest parks in SLC is across the street (Sugar House Park) as well as another nice park the oppsoite direction with nice pickball courts. Both take about ~5minutes of walking to get to. Whole foods is also the same in walking time. You also get so many food options to choose from. Sugar House is definitely the most desireable neighborhood if you want community feel. It only takes 10 mins to drive to center city SLC. Having lived in other major cities I personally wouldnt live in center city as there's not much going on and so close from Park Ave you can drive to it anyway. I like to think of Sugar House as the "Brooklyn" of NYC. Very hip, trendy, young (but not too young) of a crowd (I'd say more upper 20's / 30s)

The units themselves are very well priced and brand new. Building opened in 2022 and is VERY well maintained. I see the cleaning crew often and the building is immaculate. 7th floor is very desirable for the higher ceilings. Depending on your unit you could face the mountains too. My unit faces the pool and I see the maintenace crew everyday cleaning it and tidying up the community area. Maintenance is VERY responsive on faciliy requests.

Lastly I would say the magaement is TOP notch. Renters are notorious to have a bad expiereince with property managers at some point but this team no concerns as the below inidivudals are a POWER TRIO.

Rebecca - Manager of the property, nicest/freindliest and so professional. Accomodates to your needs and really is understanding of any residents siutation. She really cares about the residents and is always visible to them. There were a few managers prior to Rebecca from my 2 years living here and she by far exceeds all of them. Park Ave is lucky to have her!

Kennedy- Front desk, super sweet warm personality. Always in a positive mood with a smile super important when you are the face of the property greeting residents more often. Super happy to have her on the team.

Bill - Bill is exceptional at what he does. From the moment I've moved in and had some serivce request needs he would knock them out next day if not same-day. He has a super hard work ethic and gets the job done. He is truly the back bone of Park Ave and a great guy to chat with! Definitely deserves more credit than he receives.

I love Park Avenue! The staff here is fabulous, and it is such a welcoming environment. Kelly, Rebecca, Bill and Phil are always on it and are exceptional. Every time I visit Park Ave I have a wonderful experience, and anyone who lives here is extremely lucky.

I would 10/10 recommend this complex because of the great staff, friendly residents, great location, safe, and very homey. The staff here is very professional and will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met to best of their ability. The amenities are nice and kept clean and most importantly pet friendly. Best place in sugarhouse !

Park Ave has been great to live in! The building is super well maintained, and the apartments are very modern; the building is located right in the heart of Sugar House, making it easy to walk to bars, restaurants, etc.. The staff, especially Dominique, is wonderful and always willing to go above and beyond to help you. This place is also super pet friendly (they keep dog treats by the door). Highly recommend living here!

I love living at Park Avenue! It’s clean, new and modern with great amenities. Amazing location and views from the pool deck and balconies, and extremely pet friendly!

Park Avenue is great. The amenities give me ability to work from home when I need to and the staff members are very friendly and accommodating. There is also a strong sense of community here which has allowed me to meet neighbors who have become friends.

Great apartments with very friendly and helpful staff. They do their best to keep you happy and the general areas and amenities are kept with very high standards, as far as quality and cleanliness + they’re fast and responsive to all comments and concerns. Love this place!

I feel like I am living in a fancy apartment in NYC. Love the open kitchen, industrial washer/dryer, the NEST, the gorgeous view of downtown Salt Lake City, and the mountains. Everything is walking distance. On my days off I don't have to drive anywhere. This is a dream come true living situation.
