I visited them a few months ago and everyone was kind and friendly. I also had several loans in the past with no problems.

Just made a phone call to transfer funds and they were soooo friendly, professional and efficient! How refreshing to do business with people who get it!! Thank you!

The lines, if any, move fast and the staff is always courteous, friendly and pleasant. :)

I had to jump through so many hoops to refinance my mortgage. My lawyer said they haven't seen such an arduous process to refinance a home. They don't accept emails of documents. You have to FAX them. Very few offices have fax machines these days so that was a pain. The fine print made me nervous but I felt I had no choice. Not many credit unions offer refinancing. The interest rate wasn't the best, despite having excellent credit. But, the closing costs were very low.

The tellers have always been professional and kind when I go to the credit union. However, the receptionist in the loan department is inappropriately rude and condescending every time I have to deal with her. The credit union is a great resource but that woman makes me want to stay away and never get another car loan through them. I'm so glad I paid my loan off.

I've been a long time member and have applied for a loan on two different occasions and have gotten two declines. How can a person with no derogatory information, and with a substantial income be turned down?

The guy Nick i delt with would not let me speak directly with his manager. I feel bad for you if you are black or Latino like myself because I've heard it from multiple people that they do not like to give loans to people of color like us.

I will be reaching out the the attorney generals office to investigate this matter.

Every single time I call They are disrespectful and rude. Rarely do they help and they lie constantly about what they are allowed to do. More like a high school than a bank, some of the most unprofessional receptionists I have ever spoken to. If you want easy access to your funds and good customer service take your money elsewhere.
