Tequila Mexican Restaurant

Delicious food at a reasonable price. They have delicious steak fajitas. They also have super spicy salsa, which tastes mostly like blended Habaneros. I like to mix it with the table salsa. I will warn you that during busy times, this restaurant usually has a wait, so be prepared for that. I arrived with a friend at 6:15, and the two of us had a 20-25 min wait on a Friday night. This restaurant is usually busy on most evenings.

Tequila Mexican Restaurant is great! Their food is very good. The interior is decorated beautifully with all the Mexican scenery. There’s a bar; with TVs to watch sports. There’s plenty of free parking in the back. Without doubt I recommend Tequila Mexican Restaurant because they are great! Have a great day!

Excellent atmosphere and fast friendly service. We went on a busy Saturday night and only waited about 25 minutes for a table for 3. It only took about 15 minutes for our food to come out after we ordered which was surprising to me considering how packed and busy they were. Food was hot and delicious. Excellent service and friendly staff.

Nice mexican ambiance. Waiters were very attentive. Food was really delicious and served in big portions (I needed to bring home the half of my food) . We are satisfied with the experience. I recommend this place to add on your must try mexican restaurant.

The thing that sets this place apart is that it has always been a wonderful experience. The service is always quick and kind, the food is always fresh, and you get your meal so much faster than anywhere else. Great staff, great atmosphere, and a great place to eat.

Staff always friendly and makes you feel welcome. Service us very quick and professional. Food is outstanding. I'm fortunate that I am retired and can come during off-peak hours when it is less busy. Only negative would be it is very loud when busy. Maybe they could install sound absorbing panels.

Service was super quick. It couldn’t have been more than 10 minutes between the time we ordered food and when it came out. Everything was delicious and exactly as ordered. Charity, our waitress, was phenomenal and just the right amount of attentiveness without being bothersome.

Locally owned by a trio of brothers, the service is prompt, every time we go here to eat. The service staff works very hard to give us a pleasant meal. The food is good and consistent. They will take the time to know your name, and memorize your favorites on the menu and your preferred drink.

There is also an exceptional selection of spirits at the bar. Plenty of top shelf bourbon and tequilla. The beer is always cold and fresh (I've been to a few places where the bottled beer is bad)

One of the owners typically greets you at the door. This place is on our regular restaurant rotation.

Our favorite Mexican place. I like that I can get a much hotter salsa than the usual tomato stuff brought out with the chips. Almost everything on the menu I like. My wife likes the fajitas and they are always sizzling when brought out to the table. Important to us as is the friendly wait staff.

Well it's a bit loud. We came on a busy Friday and the place was packed. Every one seemed to be talking over each other. So if your looking for a nice quiet restaurant, this ain't it. Especially on a Friday. However, the service was excellent. drinks came fast and food came right after and we weren't even there 15 minutes. food came in about 7 minutes. Scary fast, like this can't be good fast. Wrong, food was delicious, highly recommend their enchiladas supremas. I didn't set my fork down till it was all gone. Waiter was awesome. Will definitely order from there again but next time is probably gonna be to go.

The food is good and its service is great. I’ve been here many times and have never left disappointed.

This is a wonderful place to eat, food is very good with many choices. Beautiful atmosphere and super friendly employees.

Everything was great ,, except my waitress unfortunately she just was not very good at this job ,, we never got 1 refill on our drinks,, somebody else had to help us twice... But food was unbelievable fast and so dang delicious 10 plus in great

We have ate there three times and are completely impressed! You cannot beat their service or their food. The food usually appears in just a few minutes after ordering and before the free bowl of nacho chips and salsa are gone. The place runs like a well oiled machine! We have tried several items and all are delicious, but the carnitas are the absolute best I ever had and usually more than I can eat in one sitting. Great value for $13! You can eat here as cheap as fast food and it’s almost as fast! Worth the drive from St Charles from time to time for us, and usually plan a trip that way around eating there. Enjoy!

Delicious margaritas. 20 oz for $6.99 on Tuesdays and well worth it. Our waitress was a little annoying, constantly coming up to the table when it's evident we don't need anything. - this was my first experience

Since then I have came to Tequila's probably a dozen times. I've had much better service that wasn't harassing and let me chill and have a drink or two before ordering. I've never been disappointed with the food.. ALWAYS amazing. I love the fact that they have chulupas because most American Mexican restaurants do not and there's are the bomb!

Every time I am in St.Louis this place is a MUST! We go here multiple times during our trip. Everything is amazing from the food to the employees to the atmosphere. The workers add very friendly hard working and fast!!! Food is delicious and great portions, my favorite is the chips and salsa they give to you before your entree.

My daughters and granddaughter had a birthday luncheon today at Tequila’s and the service, food and prices were very good.

Were just planning on getting take out but decided to dine in. Such a beautiful restaurant. The people were friendly and the food was delicious!
