Kensington Market

Enjoyed a delicious turkey wrap here today. The meat is very high quality and plentiful. And they have Stateline potato chips, my all-time favorite. Service was prompt and friendly. Will definitely be back!

I seldom give 5 Stars. If there were 6 Stars, I'll rate Kensington Market that high. EXCELLENT homemade meals. I always get the Beef Cultet sandwich...and can't help but walk out of there with something else they prepared for the day. Friendly staff, great service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great Italian market. Deli, meats, prepared foods, imported baked goods, catering and they do it all so well. Their steam table prepared foods make lunch and dinner easy, plenty to choose from. Pasta salads, Italian treats, fresh breads, olives galore and sandwiches made to order.
Closed temporarily due to fire Feb 3 2024. They expect to reopen in a few weeks.

Had them for the first time ever and was pleased!! The food is phenomenal!!! It is fresh, authentic, and so good!!!!!!! The seafood salad, pasta, meatballs, sausage. My husband had his Christmas party and they catered entire event! I will be using them for future catering needs!! Truly impressed 👏🏼

Kensington Market is original old school. Definitely lucky to have a placeike this still around. It's a busy store so sometimes the staff does not come across as the friendliest (they should probably improve on that). The food choices are wonderful. Had the beef cutlet sandwich with provolone, roasted peppers, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. The sandwich looked like a work of art and tasted great. Same for the chicken cutlet sandwich with same toppings. Both sandwiches are very filling. Mac and cheese was ok. Kensington Market is a super easy pick for lunch.

Every time I stopped in this place they have a different selection of pre-cooked food that is absolutely delicious. This is one of my favorite places to go because the food is that great. They also have me that you can buy there and they make amazing sandwiches as well. You can even get lunch meat here. Everybody is very friendly that works there. I told a few of my friends about this place until this day they still go there a few times a month to stop in and get something to eat and they tell me this is one of the best places that they have been to. I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you have not already you will be amazed with the great tasting food that they have. I also get a little to go container for my dog and he follows me around the house every time I bring him a little container home from Kensington Market. That's how much he loves the meat there as well. I definitely give this place a 5-star rating.

I just had lunch here and loved it. I had a steak, peppers and onions on a grinder as well as the sausage and peppers side and a risotto side. This is a great deli and place to get hot food to go. The selection is great and really vast. The staff is very friendly and made me feel like I was one of the family. I would recommend this to all ages and am definitely coming back!!!.............................. Just had lunch again 4/31/19. Pot roast, sauteed spinach and mini loaf of bread.It was great, really tasty hot and fast. The bread is 5 star..so good. Great staff and cashier is super friendly !! Came back 10/29/21 and had sausage and peppers with a portugese roll.

Only go here during lunch if you are extremely hungry because you will get "food for days"... well maybe a day or so :). My italian combo was the best!!! Alot of meat...which is fine with me 😉 and fresh ingredients is what I ❤
Not to mention everyone is super nice!! Right around the corner from me and will be back soon!

I love the food here but the owner or manager’s temperament is hit or miss. The last few times I’ve been there he’s had temper tantrums in the back. I get we all have moments but customers shouldn’t have to see that. He also took my holiday order wrong and looked like he wanted to fight me when I told him this. I repeated my order multiple times over the phone to him the day I ordered. And even then he had an attitude over the phone. 🤦🏻‍♀ He’s like the soup guy on Seinfeld. After spending over $240 for the wrong Christmas order, I’m not sure I’ll be back. I’m not going to fight over food, I’ll just share my experience.

Again the food is great as are many of the employees in there. Just not feeling the stressful atmosphere anymore.

Italian market from the past. The food is there and sandwiches are amazing. They have ready to eat stuff, do catering and everything is highest quality. I have never had anything that wasn't perfect. The staff is nice and helpful as well. I go there whenever I am in the area.

We purchase meats from the butcher to cook at home, and they're always quite tasty. A great selection of prosciutto brands for holiday feasts, and the prepared foods are delicious. My cousin used them to cater his wedding in Middletown, and it was quite frankly one of the best wedding meals I've had the pleasure to eat. And most importantly, the staff in the store is very friendly.

I have high expectations for deli’s seeing as how I grew up in a heavily Italian district in New Jersey. I was so excited to move to Berlin and have this right down the road. I have tried their meats/ deli sandwiches/ cold salads/ dry goods. It never lets me down! The staff is also efficient and very welcoming. Don’t miss a chance to get some wonderful food. One thing that can be annoying is how expensive it can be. But you are paying for quality food!

I love this market. I bought some pork chops recently which were super fresh and tasty. Also, I tried their homemade pot roast and it was the best pot roast I have ever tasted. The people are extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have.

Best place in town! Excellent quality of foods. Great job catering my daughter's graduation party. Everyone commented on how delicious everything was. The in store italian sausage is the BEST!!

We’re New to this Market, the Grinders/Wraps are Amazing! Italian Pasta salads go perfect with the sammich’s!
They are so AMAZING we’re having a hard time to try different meals! Chickencutlet/chicken parm/meatballs/Roast beef is what we have enjoyed emencly up to now! Looking forward to the already made dinners!
In the end when you realize the quality and quantity and the price tag, you too will be hooked on this Market!

Very good place for dinner, my son gets chicken after school on days he has baseball games. Very good food, always a great selection

Got sausage egg and cheese on a hard roll. You get an option of either hot or sweet sausage. Cheese was melted for a plus! Very good. Cost about 6 dollars and tax. Now i rather pay 6+ for a good home made type of breakfast sandwhich over almost a 5 dollar sandwhich made in a microwave. Lol . They were very kind and energetic for being morning. The coffee is also very good. You can tell everything is made fresh and by people that care. Try it out.!
