Absolute. Best. U.S. Cellular. Center. Ever! My wife and I went today to upgrade our phones from a Samsung Galaxy S9 and S20 respectively to Samsung Galaxy S22 and S22+ respectively. We had the smoothest service we've ever had at a U.S. Cellular center before. We hardly had to wait long for service due to knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were helping each other too as a team. We had Vicki Steffans help us with our upgrade and she was AWESOME!! She earned awards for top sales person in 2019 and 2021 and it showed! She felt caring and thoughtful of our needs and made our purchase comfortable and not forced. We weren't just another commission check. She had truthful stories she had of past customers to explain why device protection is a smart purchase and explained the why for new chargers USB-C capable boxes and why they are important to not burn out your battery. She felt like family and I want to only work with her on my U.S. Cellular services because she is an absolute ROCKSTAR!! To compare, the last time were in the Asbury Road location (before it closed its doors) and the Wacker Plaza location, they both had extremely pushy sales people that literally talked $[-]*+ about other customers that walked out during our visit saying they wouldn't activate their phone since they didn't purchase it through that salesperson so they'd get the commission. Vicki Steffans is a complete 180° from those guys!! Go today and see Vicki, she'll take very good care of you and your phone needs!!

I had the best experience with Vicki when upgrading to a new phone! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. I would highly recommend going to this location for any issues or upgrades. Great customer service!

Great service!! Beyond amazing! Vicky had 11 people in the store including ourselves AND systems were down and all of us wanted new phones and new contracts. She's handled herself and the stress beautifully.... she is amazing!!!! We would definitely return!!! Not sure how much she makes per hour but she controlled and handled the situation AMAZINGLY... she needs a raise double what she is currently hired for!!!! Will defined return for Vicky and he amazing service!!!!

We worked with Vicki to switch our service over from Sprint and couldn't be happier. She was such a delight to work with, incredibly friendly even when busy, and truly did all she could to meet our needs and answer our questions. We were so pleased with her help that we stopped back in a month later to add a third line for our teen. HIGHLY recommend working with Vicki at this location!

What fantastic service! Vicki Steffens was patient, hard working, and very knowledgeable! She was by herself (with a large and consistent line) and yet she was dedicated to ensuring we got the attention and assistance we needed. Vicki Steffans is an amazing employee. I actually had her the last time I got a phone at the previous location. She is so very helpful, is extremely knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable. Never experienced such great customer service. Vickie was great! She made sure to get us everything US Cellular was offering when upgrading our phones! She took care of everything and was not the least bit pushy. I will be back to see her for all our device needs in the future!

Got an iPhone 14 and went to another location. They told me I had to wait to get service. After 26 hours, still nothing. I stopped into this location on my way home and worked with Luke. He was the only one working and had a long line of people. However, he was able to get my phone working within 5 minutes even though the other location said it wasn’t possible. He also helped all the other people while I was there.

I needed a new phone that fit my needs and price. Vicki helped me pick out my phone and then put the case on it and completely set it up for me. She was very busy but handled everything kindly and efficiently.
