Kohl's

We were shopping for my mother-in-law and we found clothes that fit her perfectly. She looked good in all of the clothes we chose. The lady in charge of the dressing room was very helpful. Very clean store. CHeckout went smoothly.

I love to shop at Kohl's in Dubuque the store is nice and friendly and they always acknowledge you and they always have great deals

We had good experiences today with Kohl’s store in Dubuque Iowa located in north west arterial 21 August 2023. The cashier was BRE. She was very knowledgeable on the subject of merchandise and cash transactions.

Best customer service I've seen from any company in a very long time. I ordered a winter coat and accidentally had it sent to an old address ( completely my fault) I called then to see if they could do anything. Without hesitation they refunded my money along with my khols cash. This was greatly appreciated. They went out of there way to help me when they could have rightfully done nothing.

This Kohl's location is convenient, had all the departments I was looking for, and was easy to get in and out of. Staff was friendly and I received great service in here. Save money, I appreciate the Kohl"s rewards and coupons. Once I know my sizes, I'd rather shop online and have it delivered to the store or my home, but I didn't try that yet at this location.

The store associates are so patient! The lady ahead of me in line made the associate price check every item, then almost half of the stuff... said she didnt want 🤦🏼‍♀ then, grabbed the wrong size in a sweater, so she made the employee call someone up to get her the correct size she wanted. i told the cashier " i would have lost my mind with that woman 20 minutes ago, great job for not being like me!" She laughed and just said, "yeah... somedays are interesting." My only complaint is that kohls draws SO MANY shoppers who feel entitled to be the worst cutomers ever.
