Great little spot! We ordered their breakfast sandwich which they make fresh daily and keep in a warmer, so they gave it to us right after we ordered! That’s a huge plus if you don’t like long waits. It didn’t take away from freshness or delicious flavor either. We also got an iced latte with their homemade caramel and it was so yummy. Perfectly caramel and not too sweet.

Truly a hidden gem!! We used Sweet Simone's for our wedding this past September at Vermont Swiss and Bloom in Enosburg, VT. From the initial planning process to day of the wedding - everything was an absolute breeze. I was busy with the wedding day festivities so I was not there to help set up the deserts and let me say they did a STUNNING job. The cake was absolutely amazing, our guests were raving about it all night (it was the True Love cake). I can't wait to eat another slice on our 1 year wedding anniversary. Thank you Sweet Simone's for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!

Such a sweet little slice of heaven tucked away in rural Vermont. This is my GO TO every morning when I go to ski Bolton. I advise that you get there a little earlier than you might have planned due to limited seating. It is worth the wait, I guarantee it! I also recommend that you try one of everything. You can always bring leftovers home and you won’t regret it.

I ordered a signature cake for my husband’s 70th. It did not disappoint. The vanilla cake with lemon curd and buttercream frosting was outstandingly delicious. Add to that the luscious blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries. Mmmmm. Not the first cake I have ordered. Thank you for such a beautiful cake!

This place is amazing. I love the focaccia, great coffee, bagels, pastries… pot roast sandwich special was 🔥 amazing. Hope that stays on the menu occasionally.

Cinnamon bun hit exactly right. The dough was light, moose and as the best stretch to it. They were not too sweet or too heavy on the cinnamon. I also has a mixed Berry scone, which was delicious. It was tender on the inside with a crunch on the edges. We returned the following day to repeat the goodness. My family loved their breakfast sandwiches. So good!

One of the best lattes I've ever had. My wife had the lox bagel and was absolutely delicious. Very well priced.

This place definitely deserves higher than a 4.6 people. The best Queen Aman (I know I misspelled it) I have ever had and very good drip coffee - a medium and a dark roast option. If I lived in Richmond I would be twice my current size from eating all those goodies! Great work Simone!

We ordered our wedding cake from Sweet Simone's and the entire process was smooth and organized. We ordered a taste box about six months before the wedding to choose our flavor, and the finished product was delivered to our venue ahead of schedule and decorated with flowers from our florist. The cake was delicious and the whole experience was very positive!

Sweet Simone's is a beautiful little bakery and cafe in Richmond Vermont. I was gifted a gift card to this cafe and since I didn't want to waste this opportunity to try a new cafe I did some research. I found that they have many options such as gluten free and vegan. They also have a variety of drinks from cold brew to lattes to tea lattes and teas. I am someone who prides myself on experiencing new cafes and I always enjoy variety as well as rarity. You can imagine my excitement when I found they served a London fog.

The order I gave was somewhat long considering I ordered for both a coworker of mine and myself. I loved how the baristas were very inviting and cheerful. Considering it was early morning and I haven't had my coffee yet, I would usually become irritable. However, they were very helpful and sweetly cheerful that I couldn't help but smile and become excited to relay my order. I noticed how efficiently they worked as well. Two people, during the opening shift, working at 50 miles a minute to serve the long line of people. I was deeply impressed.

I decided to order my all time favorite universal beverage, a chai tea latte with cinnamon. Of course every ups has some downs, so I won't say it was the best I've ever tasted but that's simply due to the fact that they left the tea bag in the latte cup. Typically, my chai tea lattes are brewed and not from a tea bag but that is simply my preference.
I ordered some classic chocolate chip cookies and I can say they did not disappoint. The portion was more than you would expect to pay for a $2.50 cookie and the taste was fresh. Side note: I arrived 10 minutes into their opening. I also ordered some gluten free chocolate espresso cookies. Those definitely made up for the latte. I highly recommend trying at least one of these cookies. The last cookie I ordered was a vegan peanut butter chocolate chip cookie, and it's very good. Of course I favor the espresso cookie but that's only because I love coffee. Lastly, I decided to order a raspberry fruit bar. Now the texture of this fruit bar is outstanding. The taste of raspberry lingers in your mouth in such a way you want another one. If there's anything someone must definitely order when going to Sweet Simone's it's the raspberry fruit bar.

I won't just snag their 5 star rating due to one chai latte. However, I will say I am definitely going to return to Sweet Simone's and find out which hot beverage is the best. I want to give a great beverage recommendation therefore I refuse to quit on this goal.

Overall there is amazing service, amazing baked goods, and an amazing atmosphere to enter. Including air conditioning for those hot days and outside seating for when you want to enjoy the day in Richmond.

Recently spent some time in Richmond visiting family & we decided to have an early 10th birthday celebration for my daughter. We ordered a custom cake which came out out amazing! We all loved the flavors & my daughter was thrilled with the design & art! Words cannot express what this meant to her, THANK YOU!

The most amazingly good chocolate creations in the state of Vermont. Be it hot chocolate, GF chocolate cake, chocolate topped cream puff, or chocolate croissant, the flavor and textures are awesome. Love the coffee, smoothies, soups and salad too. What a treat!

One of the best bakery/coffee shops I've been too. Reminds me of icelandic bakeries, which are world class. Can't recommend enough! The coffee cake is a favorite! They usually have 2 different types of sandwiches for lunch as well, very well made!

Sweet Simones provided the best wedding cake for my 10/1/22 wedding that I've ever had by far. We did several different tastings and they blew away the other cakes that we tried. We also loved the options that they had regarding separate desserts. We opted to make every tier a different flavor and desserts for our dietary restriction guests. They were all a huge hit. My favorite cake of all time is a maple buttercream and they're maple buttercream was one of the best I've ever had! They responded back very quickly and we had everything finalized very quickly. We only needed to confirm a few items about a month out, otherwise this was the smoothest vendor interaction I had in my entire wedding planning process!

We hired Sweet Simone's for our wedding in August 2022 -- the service was excellent (and stress free) and the cake and desserts were perfect! We went with the chocolate cake, buttercream frosting and coconut flakes and it was out-of-this-world INCREDIBLE! Thank you for making our special day extra special and very sweet. We highly recommend this bakery for any special event.

I love this place! It is a small town bakery/cafe full of life, smiling faces, and the most scrumptious sweet and savory options. On my most recent visit, the friendly, young woman at the counter made me one of the best Americanos of my life, and I finally indulged in one of their chocolate-almond croissants. It did not disappoint! My husband had one of their housemade bagels, which can't be missed. I haven't tried their Monday Night Eats but I've heard nothing but good things. This place welcomes you in with its' classic bakery feel - warm, cozy, lively, and kind. Worth checking out if you're ever in the area. You can truly taste the love and care in all that's crafted there.

This place is hopping for good reason!!! Expect a line but the wait is worth it.
Their coffee is delicious! Their gluten free sweets..... AMAZING!! Their recipes for gluten free are impressive, well thought out with plenty of flavor and nothing dry or bland. Always a great selection.
