Give them a chance. Yes they have no phone number because they operate in Pakistan. Do you really want to pay for that call? Lol. But contact them through email or Facebook. Keep in mind the time zones, and they respond quickly and professionally. Great customer service online. Smoothest over seas order I have ever made, They ship using DHL like most foreign companies do, which is awful but that's DHL and they have no control over DHL. Order came super quick for international shipping and everything was correct. I highly

Le kilt que j'ai commandé est extraordinaire. Il est superbe et très bien fait. La qualité du tissu est exceptionnelle. La couleur est magnifique. La confection l'est encore plus avec tous ces détails facilement observables même pour quelqu'un qui ne s'y connait pas en couture. La livraison est arrivée dans le délai indiqué, oui du Pakistan, mais très bien emballé. La dame avec qui j'ai communiqué pour la grandeur à vérifier suite à leur courriel demandant de mesurer à nouveau pour s'assurer de l'avoir bien fait, m'a répondu rapidement. La grandeur commandée correspond parfaitement. Je ne comprends pas les commentaires aussi mauvais. Peut-être la compagnie a t-elle changé de direction/procédures? Je suis extrêmement satisfaite de ce produit et je recommande Kilts Experts à quiconque veut un kilt sur mesure. Le rapport qualité prix est franchement au delà de mes attentes.

Awful, cheap, and bait & switch tactics once you complain. Website sucks, and they don't allow you to leave a real review. Waisted $100+ on this overseas company. USA locations do not have phone numbers, spelling errors & may not exist. Don't be by taken in.

This company is totally fraudulent. They will not communicate or send what was ordered. Avoid them at all cost!

Cheap, poorly constructed kilts from Pakistan. Stitching tore just from opening the package. Time between order and delivery was so long it prevented being able to return or refund. Worst kilt I've ever bought, and I own several.

I ordered an 8 yard kilt and received a kilt that wasn't even 4.... there's no way to get a refund.... avoid this place.... I wouldn't even give it one star except that googled reviews makes you...
