We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. The lobby is nice and new and very well kept. The Continental breakfast each morning was very good. The entire staff at the hotel made us feel very welcomed. We really enjoyed Haley, who runs the front desk, was awesome. She was very kind and always greeted us with a smile and always asked how we were.

This will now be our go-to spot when we travel through the Salt Lake area. I hope the management keeps this location up to this high standard.

A great hotel, a little more geared towards long-term stays, with spacious rooms including a good-sized fridge , microwave , dishwasher, and flatware/cutlery. The rooms are clean with each of my visits. The staff goes above and beyond with everything they do, displaying the hospitality you would expect from any other Hilton property. This property has a nice pool area, a guest laundry facility in the gym, a spacious and comfortable common area featuring ample breakfast options in the morning, and is pet friendly. The parking lot also has ample parking spaces that are well lit at night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the West Valley area.

Loved our stay here. Clean and comfy rooms, very spacious, and excellent location situated close to the airport and other services (food, gas, etc). Friendly staff and a decent breakfast to kick off the day. Worth every $ spent! We’ll definitely come back if we’re flying thru SLC again.

Nice, clean hotel with lovely staff. Away from city center but nice and peaceful. The breakfast was very nice for continental style. There is a cute patio with a fire place outside, there's an I door pool and gym, also washers and dryers to use.

The rooms are very clean and organized. I like the service and the front desk employees who are very helpful and answer all the questions. The gym is quite small and doesn't have a lot of equipment. The locations okay. It's in the middle of the industrial area, but close to the airport so it's okay. Overall, it's a decent hotel.

PS: they have stray cats living outside and they take care of them. Employees feed them. I found it very cute. Good on them.

If I could I would rate it higher. Everything was on point. Clean room. Accessibility. Parking. Accommodations. Clean and friendly staff. Would highly recommend staying here. I know I will.

Hotel was great. Room was clean, breakfast was good, pool/jacuzzi were relaxing. Location is good.

But be sure to get everything in writing, receipts, balance paid in full, etc…
Makayla mis charged us. Undercharged us, we found this out at check out. I told the manager on duty, she acted like she didn’t care, didn’t want to make it right, didn’t offer any discount, apologies, or even acted like she cared. I paid the $22 and some change they said I didn’t pay at check in. The money was not the issue, it was how it was handled by the manager.

I work for a major airline, we travel a lot, we have only stayed at Hilton hotels. A, I am sorry sir would have worked, didn’t receive one. I told her reviews cost, and all I got was a blank stare.

Hopefully this doesn’t happen again to anyone.

The rooms were great. Didn't have any interactions with service since I checked in with my phone, but that's a great service so 5 stars. The location had me feeling like I had to lock my car, but it didn't matter because the area showed signs of people that will get into your car whether locked or not. I love that is close to the airport so I'll stay again.

We left before checking in at our previous hotel to come here because there were meth heads all over the parking lot. Walked in. Front desk associate was MAGNIFICENT. They had 1 room left. And I happily paid. They were so concerned and courteous. Helped me de-escalate from the other hotel just went above and beyond with their customer service. Room is huge. Got a single king with a pullout. It's clean. Bathrooms huge and clean. We are so grateful because the surrounding area is also clean. Thank you for taking us in!

This hotel is very hidden, you could easily drive by and not notice it's a hotel. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet here, not many other guests.

Love this hotel! The rooms are comfortable and big. We brought our baby who is almost 8 months for her first vacation. The hotel kindly offered for us to borrow a sound machine to help her sleep and it worked great. They offered a crib too but we brought our pack and play crib. The pool is well maintained and wasn’t too cold. We brought our baby to try the pool and she loved it! Very nice staff. 100% recommend.

Very nice suite hotel in West Valley City. Location was quiet and uncrowded but right off freeway which made getting around easy. It's pet friendly and there was little yippy dog stuff going on, but not horrible and everyone was very accommodating and pleasant. Clean rooms, had family member in wheelchair with me, no problems and lots of help.

My grandparents stay here EVERY time they come up to SLC. They always have a nice clean room with plenty of space. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautifully decorated. The pool is always kept nice and they have some great gathering spaces outside for fires. The location is great. It's close to the freeway and plenty of shopping but also just far enough away it's quiet.

This hotel was a great experience. Very friendly staff! We used the hot tub and pool which were great. The room was very clean and breakfast was quick and easy.

Can't say enough good things about the staff at this Home2Suites. The general manager is kind and helpful, and that attitude extends from her down to every single employee I interacted with at this hotel. They all made it feel like I was staying at an extension of my own home, and I was treated like family. I highly recommend this location to others, and the only improvement I would suggest is that they bring back those scrambler bowls to the breakfast. The first day they opened breakfast back up, they had those, and they were delicious, but then they never served those again for the rest of the stay.

This is a nice hotel not too far of a drive from the airport. The nearest grocery store is not to far from the hotel either. They offer free breakfast from 6 am to 9 am. The staff are wonderful if there is something you need and they have it on property they will find it for you. The room I had was very nice. Large room to spread out. The room had a fridge and freezer, kitchen sink with garbage disposal, and a dishwasher. There is a ironing board and iron. The unit also came supplied with eating and cooking utensils and a coffee maker. There is a desk to work at and plenty on lights. There are 2 televisions and alarm clock and a little dining kitchenette to sit and eat and a living room area and separate bedroom area. The bathroom
is a good size full bathroom with a walk in shower stocked with body wash and shampoo dispensers. There are two closets in the unit. I recommend the property if visiting Salt Lake City. Also, the property has plenty of free parking around the hotel.

We are about 1 week into an extended stay here and it has been amazing! The staff have been so helpful always helping us to get what we need! No matter who is at the front desk they are always equally happy to help! The breakfast is good, especially considering they can’t do a full one due to COVID. Everything is clean and fairly new. We even talked with the owner today and he was so nice and willing to go out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. And all for the best price of any hotel around! Highly recommend!

Beautiful and CLEAN extended stay hotel in a very quiet area surrounded by a golf course and an upscale corporate park. Rooms fully equipped to cook and relax with the right amount of space to be comfortable. Laundry on-site, $0.50 a load was more than a fair price to help keep packing light for longer stay. Makayla and D were kind and professional during the booking process and stay.
Stayed in room 404, view of snow topped mountains was beautiful!!!
Highly suggest choosing this hotel if looking for a lot of amenities for a good price. Pool and spa are also indoor for use year round, grills available as well!

Great location for attending any event at the USANA. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast each morning was great.
