I love this Ulta! The staff are always friendly and helpful and I can always find what I need here, and lots that I don’t need but want!🤣
I hadn’t cut my hair in many years and decided to schedule an appointment for a signature cut since I had a diamond member beauty service credit and Noel did an AMAZING job! I always appreciate a stylist that takes the time to understand exactly how I want my hair cut and really puts their all into cutting it that way! I will only be going to Noel for any hair services from here on out!

I came into Ulta because I needed a new foundation. The woman who helped me was named Madison & she was amazing! She helped me pick the right shade and I even bought all of the products she used on my face as well because she was so nice. Thanks Madison 😉

Noel gave me the best and most comfortable haircut. It’s pretty hard to find a stylist who is patient as well as professional. Asked permission to touch me before anything and made sure over and over that I was okay with everything I got! They have an Instagram at @noel.mua

This Ulta location is located within Kennedy Mall in Dubuque and is very well stocked with the variety beauty items you'd expect at an Ulta, and there are hair styling services in the store. The staff was very helpful to me (took me right to the area I needed and helped me find the makeup selection that would work for me).

Ulta is an amazing option for makeup in Dubuque. They have a wide selection of makeup, hair products and accessories, bath products, skin care, nail polishes and accessories, and makeup bags/storage. No Aveda products. The staff is always there to assist with any questions. They have a few clearance sections throughout the store that have really nice deals. All in all, it's a fantastic place to shop!

Always a pleasant experience here. Very nice lady's! My wife loves there products and helped me many times when I wanted to pick up something nice for her.

I was searching for a new hair salon and thought I would try Ulta. I talked to the manager Hannah. I told her what I wanted , and Made an appointment for the next day.
I have found the stylist of my Dreams ! She listened to my concerns and I left there with exactly the color and length I wanted. I have received many complements as my color is not the norm. Purple/light gray. my search is over , thank you Hannah . Already booked my next appointment .

The staff at ulta were super helpful and nice when I walked in asking for baby oil so I could get my “eyelash extensions” off. Josh in benefit was super helpful taking the time to get the eyelashes off. Thanks so much!!! Everyone saved the day! :)

There is so much here that it is almost sensory overload. Wanted to check out some perfumes that I saw in their flyer. I was unable to find them and didn't ask for help. So many beauty products in one place.

Ulta Beauty is one of my favorite places to shop for makeup. Whenever I go there I always find what I need. Service is excellent and fast.

Rigo helped us . He was great. We didn't find the foaming pomade we wanted. He suggpested another and will try that

Catering to the professional side of cosmetics they have a good supply on hand however you must have an account.
