Sean O'Hagen's office is well managed. They are responsive and easy to work with. Have had no issues with them. All rates in Delaware have gone up but my on line research says State Farm is definitely not the highest and in fact is the 3rd lowest. So, State Farm and Sean are good. Special props to Courtney Ross-Tafel who is very knowledgeable and quick to help with any questions.

I was truly impressed with my Agent Brie. Unlike the other insurance company she did not bombard me with phones calls. All I wanted was a quote and she provide me with a quote via text and that made a big different. She was very professional and explained everything and made sure I understood. I felt genuinely she was interested in providing the best service to me. My last insurance company made me feel like a number and my agent Brie made me feel like a person who needed insurance. I called to find out about auto insurance and spoke to Brie. She was so helpful and really took the time to break everything down and explain it to me. She is very professional and really went the extra mile to answer all of my questions (which were many, with me being new to auto insurance!) I was actually referred here by Rags to Riches Animal rescue and I'm so glad I decided to call.
