U-Haul of Burlington

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Made the whole process extremely easy and went through the process of hooking up my trailer in detail while he was attaching it to my truck in case I needed to unhook and reattach it for any reason. The lot at this location is fairly small and crowded, but not sure what can be done there in a busy college town.

Patrick (manager) was great, opened at 7am right on time, hooked up and tested the trailer with me. Jordain (sp?) installed the hitch ball for my wife when she stopped in a couple days before to buy the ball, which I did not expect him to do. A big help as otherwise I was going to have to buy a large socket to get the ball installed. Thanks team.

Had a really good experience with Nathan at U-Haul Riverside location. Had to call in because I had to push back my rental date due to my new apartment not being open yet, and Nathan was able to take care of it within a five minute phone conversation, along with answering questions about the self check in function on the app and the Details around that. Definitely think U-Haul is lucky to have Nathan on their team and I am grateful for his service.

This was probably the best U-Haul location I've ever been to - and I've moved a lot in recent years. I've had some really bad experiences with U-Haul. But this one was different! The owner is very helpful and nice and all of the staff were great. The trucks are looked after and what you need is usually available. 10/10 would recommend this location!

When I dropped off the truck I handed the keys to the person at the location and they handled everything from that point on. It was a quick and stress free return. They were polite and professional.

I made a request to pick up an autotransport late at night, and while the manager made no promises (I think his name was Nathan but not 100% sure - I also dealt with Jordain who was very helpful), he said they would do their best to have their lot clear before they closed, so that I could pick it up. Just after closing, however, he gave me a call to let me know that where they originally intended to leave it had filled up, so they moved it to another section of their lot and told me to call him back on his personal cell phone if I had any questions. While maybe just a little thing, doing their best to work around my schedule so that a 14 hour move could be just a little bit less stressful was super appreciated, and although I pretty much never leave reviews, I thought the manager and the rest of the staff deserved recognition for great customer service.

I want to particularly commend Nathaniel Strausser for his amazing problem-solving skills and for coming up with an inspired creative solution to a predicament that was not his fault, while keeping his cool the whole time. Well done, Nathaniel!

Called location directly to reserve a trailer, Cyrus was super nice and helpful, found me the right trailer for the right dates even though it turned out that I should go to the Williston uhaul location instead. Thanks Cyrus!

What a great experience! Both pickup and return were done professionally and quickly. When I returned the truck that I rented, I was greeted by Justin who asked the pertinent questions and then inside Leyla listened and resolved the minor issue that I had. I will definitely returning if I need a rental and recommend U-Haul of Burlington to my friends.

The whole team pitched in different talents to help get my vehicle's trailer hookup working. Everyone was helpful, professional, kind, and went above and beyond.

I had a great experience with this location. I had to change my first reservation to a different day and was able to accomplish that with no trouble. They were very polite and professional over the phone. On the day of my rental, the customer service was excellent, my truck was very clean, and returning it was a breeze. I have no complaints. Will definitely use this location again!

Bill was professional and knew his stuff. While at first it looked like my two package didn't work he came out and was able to confirm I was all set. He brought out free grease for the electrical connection and, when the original trailer I reserved had bad electrical, he upgraded me to a larger trailer and sent me on my way. Thank you Bill. Upon my return the staff quickly removed the trailer and sent me on my way.

We went in today to rent a pick up truck. I have to say, this was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have had with renting. we were in and out super quick and the same goes for returning. Justin, the store manager was fantastic and super nice! I will most certainly be going there again for any rental needs because of how amazing I was treated! Way to go customer service team! :)

I rented one way from Pa to move my son to Burlington, so all we had to do was drop off here, but it was quick and easy to do so. Unfortunately we left a couple of things in the truck (a coat and a bag) and when I called them about it the first person on the phone said we had to come back to pick them up. We wouldn’t be in the area again for 2 month! When I asked to talk to the manager, he went above and beyond, walking me through the fed ex website and helping me navigate it to arrange for a pick up that day! He boxed up my forgotten stuff and it arrived today! Great customer service!!

Moved here last year and could not find storage anywhere, luckily they had PODS! The staff here have been very helpful and accommodating. If I had the option of giving them 10 stars I would. Thank you for your wonderful service UHaul :-)

The staff of knowledgeable and very helpful. The best rental deal in town, partly because it's in Williston and a bit out of the way. But, you can leave your car here during your rental day. Trucks are well-maintained and clean. We used this U-Haul a lot when we had just moved to the area and believe we found a reliable rental truck store. Highly recommended!

Bill and his team went above and beyond to make accommodations when we had an issue with our reservation. I’ve definitely had problems with UHaul in the past but have no complaints with this location.

Got a hitch installed here on my BMW for a bike rack. They ordered the parts for me & installed it for me.. the car looked clean and in great condition when done and the hitch comes with a lifetime warranty. Did I mention this is the cheapest option for hitch installs I found? 5 stars!
