Went in to get batteries for my research. There was a great sale price and Judi was incredibly helpful in finding them. Even went as far as to pull a pallet down just for one pack! Really awesome stuff.

Friendly and helpful associates at this location makes shopping in this store a very pleasant experience.

I was just able to purchase blinds, curtains and curtain rods for my son’s room. Jill from the window treatment aisle was SO helpful. She had loads of knowledge and she made some great recommendations. She was really friendly and even shared some future sale information. Trina at checkout was also really helpful and friendly.

One of my favorite things about this store is the fact I don’t even need to buy anything I usually just set up shop inside the store somewhere tucked away where no one will notice me and go hog wild with my selection of tools needed for the job loves lowes!

We were shopping yesterday. I am a very picky shopper. I was so pleased and happy with this Lowe’s . Service was great. The young man who helped us with choosing light bulbs was very knowledgeable and polite! We were about to purchase the wrong bulbs!
Everyone we met in the store was friendly.

Buy paint supplies all the time also like there self check out .

We generally find what we go after at Lowe's. It is a lot of in the spring to see all the flowers and fruit trees...as it is a hint of promise for warmer days ahead.

I purchased supplies for a home project and Mike in lumber was crazy helpful in measuring and cutting the materials! Saved me hours of stress and work. Thank you Mike!!

I browsed at microwave ovens in the store, hesitated, then ordered on line. I bought a GE because the ratings were very good. I liked that 1) there was a large selection, 2) microwave ovens were out of the boxes, so shoppers can actually SEE them inside and out, and 3) customer service employees were terrific! They were so helpful and competent. I give a definite "thumbs up" and will shop here again.

My fridge died. We were able to get a Lowes card, so we headed on out. Got there, knew what I was looking for, but it wasn't available until September and could be delivered in October. Had to pick something else. The guy that helped me was super patient and helpful. Real great dude. For side by side models, they had 2. I asked about the width of the model I was going to choose because I had 35.75 inches of clearance. There wasn't a floor model available for the one I asked about, so I couldn't measure it myself, but he assured me that "they all are able to fit that." He must've assumed that I was asking about my doorway, and I didn't bother to press the issue, because when I got home, I read on the box that it was 35.8 inches wide. It did not fit. I ended up removing a piece of sheet rock and it fits perfectly. I'm not unsatisfied, but then again, I don't really mind little projects like this. Others might rate lower, but overall it was a 5 star experience.

My experience at Lowes was amazing thanks to an associate named Tim. He asked me if I needed any help finding anything (which I did!!!), and he didn’t make me feel like a bother at all. He even gave some really great suggestions for a DIY project I was tackling. Thanks so much Tim! Andy in paint was also excellent! He really knows his stuff. definitely returning to this location, even though it’s further away from where I live.

We recently bought a new LG washer from this Lowe’s. They are transitioning to a third party delivery company and therefore schedule deliveries, but don’t have much control over deliveries other than that. We had our delivery switched twice and while this was extremely frustrating, I just want to point out how incredibly helpful and considerate Millina and Jeff were (managers). The installers didn’t install another part of the drain hose and Millina offered to bring it to us on her day off. I’m sure Lowe’s has had a lot of angry customers due to this, but I understand that it’s not their fault and in terms of customer service, they went above and beyond to make this right for us, which goes a long way in my book! I’m thankful for them making a difficult situation a little more bearable for me!

I want to thank the Lowes on Hannaford drive for hosting the winnies rescue adopt a pet program. It made it easy to find a location for our pick up and appreciate that we got to use the store since it was very cold out.

We always find what we need. It’s a clean store with great staff. We’ve bought everything from plumbing supplies today to light fixtures, and plants in the past. What we buy is long lasting and the customer service is friendly and helpful. Can’t ask for more from a hardware store!

I went for a return and it was super easy, fast and no fuss. I always forget how much other stuff they carry until I go in there. I love that store.

Lowe's is so organized compared to the other psycho disorganized big home provement store. Even had an employee stop on her way back from lunch break stop to make sure I was finding everything I needed (exterior door). Kudos

No matter where in the country we live, we love Lowes. They seemed a little short staffed today but once we found someone it was quick and easy. Always good, friendly knowledgeable service, good prices, and good sales. I was so glad we went in today. We are building a new house and we were ordering appliances. we will be getting paint and blinds and whatever else we need here too. Good Lowes credit card options for big purchases with 0% interest periods as well.
