We would like to say about our Hometown Augusta to be kind and compassionate about our needs and took alot of time explaining things to me about our Amana dryer, went over the agreement paperwork, OUR daughter referred us to Hometown, everyone one from GARY,MICHELLE, BRAIDON,AND THE OTHER GENTLEMAN THAT DELIVERED OUR DRYER AND HOOKED IT UP FOR US,AND MARY WHO CALLED AND ASKED HOW WE LIKED OUR DRYER.,

We have purchased many many items from you and we absolutely love them all!

Michelle and Gary are THE BEST! Everyone here is always willing to work with you and go above and beyond to help! I will never get furniture from anyone but them!!

Hometown Rental in Augusta, Ks is by far the best rent to own establishment I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They are understanding and honest. Customer service is outstanding! Michelle, I believe the manager, is so sweet and remembers her customers no matter how long it’s been! That really amazed me. I love hometown. I have been going to them to stay open in the Augusta location. We've gotten TVs washer and dryers Furniture beds game systems computers laptops phones. Always willing to work with me when I fell behind on my payments great staff love the excitement when we go and visit just to look around. Highly recommended

I could not be happier with the Hometown of Augusta! They went above and beyond to not only help me find a refrigerator that would fit through my doors but also one that I wanted. They even called around to find one in black because I had my heart set on that color for the kitchen remodel we are fixing to start. The staff is so friendly and more than accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. Thanks guys, y'all are awesome!

I've bought several things from here. My fridge, big over sized recliner, now my washer & dryer. They've always worked with me on payments. Payments I can afford. Once my washer & dryer are paid off.. I plan to get new furniture.

I'm in Augusta and we have been with hometown for 4 years. We love the service we get and how they are always willing to help. The customer service there is top of the line. The manager Michelle is the absolute best and is always friendly and welcoming as well as her staff! Augusta Hometown is the place to go 100% hands down!

This is the best place to rent furniture and appliances. The staff is amazingly nice. I have never been to any other rental centers that where this wonderful. The are all very knowledgeable about ALL there products. The delivery is almost always very quick. The delivers are very polite and willing to help take care of anything necessary. Great staff. They are there to help with all of your home furnishing needs. From kitchen, living room, bedroom. If you are needing that big screen TV for the man cave, this is the place to go. Best part about it is that you can put it on a payment plan. Thank you Michelle and Patrick.

Pat is a great manager. He tells you something and gets it done. He is very proud and knowledgeable of all his inventory. Store is very clean a d professionalize.
