Midwest Dental staff and Dr. Cole are friendly and caring. They go the extra mile for me and my family to accommodate us as we live far away. We are grateful and happy with their service and feel that it is well worth the drive.

Great staff & affordable prices! Valerie was recently my hygienist & was very helpful talking me through the experience, giving me tips, and explaining the components & importance of what she was doing & how it related to me & my visit. Great people!

April and Dr Cole were great! They kept me entertained and at ease with my situation as well as resolving it in a professional manner. I was a bit nervous as Dr Cole took over for my dentist whom retired recently but she done a great job and put my fears at ease! Thanks!

It went well. At first I was skeptical about a new dentist because I had been going to Dr Mitch for a very long time. My experience of having a molar pulled was painless before during and after the procedure. No pain. And now 2 days later I still have no pain.
April, Dr Coles assistant was very pleasant and congenial. She answered all my questions. So did Dr Cole. If this visit was any indication of what to expect in the future I am in good hands.

The new dentist is totally awesome. My first experience with her involved the filling of 2 cavities. Dentists make me very anxious. She was friendly and so relaxed and set my mind at easy. The cavities were filled before i knew it and i was on my way!! Thank you for making this stressful experience much more tolerable!!😊

I have anxiety and very bad experiences with dentists but he eased my fears and reassured me that I'm in good hands, he's very kind, extremely understanding, and very passionate about fixing my teeth. His staff is incredible and work very well with me and they make me feel comfortable as well. I don't live close but when I can I will gladly travel to see the wonderful Dr. Mitsch. I will end this review by saying thank you for giving me hope and not giving up on me. I hope to see you guys soon :)

I have always been leary of dentists, until now! I absolutely love the staff here. We laugh and have fun. When I walk in they know who I am, I feel seen and heard here. I will recommend Dr Cole and her amazing team time and time again.

Dr. Mitsch has cared for my family for many years. He is a kind and thoughtful gentleman and one of the most fantastic dentist around. He cares about the work that he does and is always explaining the treatment plan so you feel comfortable with the work he is doing. Dr Mitch is the most wonderful dentist in the world! His office is not even in our network but I go to him anyway because of his excellent knowledgeable work. He's always in top of the line of anything that's out there and he really cares for people. He's been extremely beneficial in helping me hang on to Old teeth and what a blessing that has been. I will forever be in Dr Mitch's debt.

I would most definitely give you guys a 20! The staff at Midwest dental in Augusta goes above and beyond to make their patients feel as comfortable as possible. After having multiple root canals and other procedures done I've experienced little or no pain even the day after. Dr. Mitchell is very good at what he does. I most definitely recommend him to everybody I come across that is looking for a dentist.

Well, im glad Paul finally retired,, to enjoy himself, he was such a good dentist, i was terrified, he made everything so much better!! Miss his stories, , But that being said,, , the assistant whom helped us was pretty awesome, she really made ya feel comfortable,, and i was pretty skeptical about the new dentist,, but she was great,, told me i would only feel pressure,, didnt even feel that,, most of been her talking to me , that made me feel at ease,, , im terrible with names , but they know who they are,, and i thankyou very much!! And gou are definitely worth the drive ther from fredonia@! I would tell anyone to go ther!! Thankyou!! You guys hav big shoes to fill,, and you are well on your way!!keep up the great work!!!

I called Augusta Dental this morning at 8am due to a tooth that had cracked over the weekend. They were able to get me in within two hours of the call and had a custom crown made in house that was fitted/placed by early afternoon. The new process provided better customer care. As the patient, I had virtually no wait time and my needs were meet with 100# satisfaction. Thank you for the great service today! I recommend this office for your dental needs 😁👍

I’ve seen many dentists to do work over the past few years and can say honestly this is the best one I’ve ever visited. Everyone in the office is kind and helpful, Dr. Mitsch is truly such an excellent person who cares about your health and what will benefit you most. I will be continuing work here with whatever I need for as long as I’m in the area, I would recommend this office to anyone! I’ve left every appointment feeling more confident and secure with any money spent.
