Apogee Coffee and Draft

This was GREAT. Close to home and I only happened to go today.

The Sharable Pretzel. My good golly. That thing is giant, gorgeous, fluffy, and scrumptious. The beer cheese was great but I could totally eat that thing plain! I got it for just me and I was quite full indeed.

While I was there relaxing I called my mom to join me it was so nice there. There was a party going on at ROKC on the other side of the building and it got a bit loud and busy as it got closer to 5:00 PM. Still, nice, chill vibe overall.

I absolutely will be coming back and recommending Apogee to everyone.

Food, Drinks, Coffee all amazing, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would love someone to show me a better dry cappuccino in Kansas City. Cory knows how to make one! Pizza is the only pizza my kids will eat in town, the Italian sandwich is amazing, and they have a hand sanitizing station right next to where you place your order. Definitely a must stop. For the three people that left one star reviews, you should get your taste buds checked, I'm sorry this pizza isn't your typical domino's that you're use to eating.

We found this place via web reviews. When we walked in it looked like the snack bar of the rock climbing place next door. But this is no snack bar! The Caesar salad was very fresh, without excessive dressing. The supreme pizza was excellent: crunchy crust, lots of meat, tasty onion, red pepper, and chunks of garlic. Finally, we took away a scratch made pop-tart-like pastry that was great with coffee. Finally, they have a nice selection of craft beers and whiskeys.

The bartender was friendly and helpful. This place definitely goes into our rotation.

Wow! This place is a GEM. Had no idea this would become one of my fave pizza places. I got a delicious vegetarian pizza and it was the perfect size. No skimping on flavor either. Not just another slice of pizza, EXCELLENT:)

A nice little hidden gem. This Bright, Upscale, Vibey spot next to a rock climbing gym has great service, good pizza, and a very eclectic, interesting clientele. The mood shifts between trendy coffee shop and neighborhood cafe, yet boasts an outstanding selection of bourbons that would be hard to beat anywhere in Olathe. I will definitely be frequenting this place in the future.

Delicious food, wide range of drinks and amazing staff. This is always my first stop when I visit KC. Always worth it.

You've got to try this! Latte with orange zest and a splash of Madagascar vanilla. Mwah! Nice open area. They have a small kitchen and some food options. They also serve alcohol. Owner is quite friendly! They also make their own syrups! But for sugar free, you will have to try this!

The BEST place in town to grab a coffee! Their seasonal drinks are also amazing! The syrups are made from scratch, making the ratio absolutely perfect, not too sweet or sugary! We also grab carry out pizza once a week, it's THAT GOOD! The staff is always super friendly, personable and have become great friends with us since we've been supporting this local business! I highly recommend checking them out if you're looking to grab a drink at the bar, a pizza to go, or a nice cup of coffee!

This has become my favorite new coffee hangout. Excellent coffee drinks--they even make their own syrups! The staff is awesome and I love the fun, welcoming vibe. It morphs into a pizza and craft beer & whisky place in the evening. The arugula and goat cheese pizza is the best ever!

Really a gem and grateful to have this newer cafe near my house. They have some of my favorite beer on tap (Toppling Goliath), great espresso bar, excellent line up of whiskeys and not to mention the pizza!

This was such a good find. The iced cold brew with the citrus zest was so yummy. And the pepperoni pizza was so good also. The staff were super friendly and I love that they offer feminine products in the woman's bath room for free!

I have been to many (if not all) of the coffee shops in the Olathe area and Apogee is truly the best. The owner, Corey, is friendly, the atmosphere is vibey, the gluten-free pizza is *chefs kiss*, and the drinks are incredible. (I almost always get a vanilla latte because they make their own syrups in-house, although recently Mallory made me her favorite drink with lavender and it was amazing.) 10/10 recommend Apogee for a well-pulled espresso shot, cocktails, and good eats.

My girlfriend just moved in the area and we decided to try this place out first. It was Saturday night and we showed up at 7:25pm, not knowing the kitchen closed at 7:30.
Despite only 5 minutes left, the bartender Nathaniel assured us it was no problem to put in a last second order for the kitchen before they closed. The cook came out from the back and not only told us it wasn't a problem but recommended the 16" Bacon Blanc with an addition of chicken and candied jalapenos (that he'd made himself).
Pizza was absolutely phenomenal. The candied jalapenos are a revelation, and that was the best pie I've had since Brooklyn NY. I do a lot of traveling as a pilot and a TON of food eating as a foodie at each of the places I travel.
Service was fantastic considering how much of an inconvenience we were being, and the food was absolutely incredible 🤙 will recommend Apogee to anyone looking for food even remotely in the area.

And to Cory, the owner, keep the candied jalapenos on the menu! They slap!

Breezy cauliflower crust ever!! Delicious pizza. We climbed and we dined!

Love this place! The pizza is delicious! Beers on tap are also great! We love to bring our little one and sit out on the patio and watch the sunset.

Very cool, tranquil place. I really like the open air. Will have to come back sometime and have a beer.

DELICIOUS pizza!! They had gluten free cauliflower pizza crust and they’re regular pizza was delicious. Great beer selection, some cocktails and boxed wine. Great atmosphere with some outdoor seating

First time customer. Noticed it had good reviews. Pizza was AWESOME and salad was huge. walked out the door with half a pizza and half a salad left over between me and my wife. Cost about 30 bucks with tip. Quick delivery of food and bartender was great. Will definitely be back. Check this place out. It's easy to miss.

What a discovery! Coffee, Bourbon, Irish Whiskey, beer, and food! Went in to grab a cup of coffee to go and I ended up staying for a half hour talking with the owner. Coffee is delicious. Bourbon and Irish whiskey selection is outstanding. Many rare finds for your tasting. Will go back here for a happy hour. The atmosphere is awesome and the conversation was even better.
