You have to take the hike into the woods to see great views of the gorge. For a better view, go to the Woollen Mill park in downtown Winooski

Such an unusual cedar/red pine forest; I've never seen anything like it. A very sweet rock, ending across from what is clearly a bouldering wall. I envy the access St. Michael's College students have to this spot.

Fun place to go for a short hike and look down at the Winooski in the gorge far below. Not wheelchair-accessible. Better in the summer and fall; in the spring it's super-muddy and in the winter it's icy.

Amazing place so much water flowing down river. Great views, lovely walks,shops and eatery nearby. Do not hesitate.

I like the area....there so few places left for humans to be with one with nature....grew up in the area...and it's fun to smoke bud and have females with ya...dot dot dot...
