Chris at Blue Valley went out of his way to help us purchase a snow blower, fill gas cans and delivered to our home during our past snowstorm. We like to purchase from local businesses as much as possible and we were not disappointed. I definitely recommend you check out this business for any of your equipment needs.

Great place super service...the Staci girl below is a IDIOT...Idiots leave gas in their mower all winter it goes bad than they gripe about at the dealer.

Carey was great sometimes they get busy we all do hard to take care of everyone but they do a great job and I'm not a commercial account just a homeowner but they took care of me just the same and I will only buy my products from here from Ferris to Sthil and all pats in between nice shop where you can talk to service guys to mechanics and remember hand shakes they still do that here AMAZING !! Right

Very helpful, professional and they have every conceivable piece of equipment one could desire. After the parts guy figured out the part I needed, I was looking around the store and an older gentleman came out greeted me with a handshake and we discussed some equipment I'd never seen before. A stand on salt spreader. Never seen such a piece of equipment.

Don't buy from Big Box stores...buy from companies like this.

My Craftsman lawnmower (made by MTD......) and Stihl weedeater will be taken out there for service end of fall.

From Olathe, it's a beautiful drive and beautiful area.....gives a man time to think about God, life, family, etc.

I have used Blue valley tractor for 15 years. Bought mowers and parts and equipment and although they are not the closest I will go to them first as they more often than not will have what I need. Also Marta in parts is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Doug Smith was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He provided excellent customer service as well as a thorough walk through of the new mower. He even helped load it. A complete package containing user manuals and other documentation was provide. He followed up with a courtesy call a few days after my purchase to make sure I was happy. All in all a great experience. I heartily recommend Blue Valley Tractor!

Couldn't have been better. Talked to Chris on the phone prior to driving the hour to get there. He was thirough in his answers and a joy to talk to. Once we arrived, he provided details on the item we were purchasing above and beyond any other employee from the multiple different businesses we had been to. Very professional and helpful. I was on crutches and forgot to set out my mower and the guy that came to do the pick up didn't just drive away. He run door bell and took the mower out of my garage for me. That is customer service at its best. Thank you and I will definitely use your service again in the future. Went in looking for a mower with a certain one in mind, talked with Chris, who pointed me into a better mower for what I was looking for and very knowledgeable about all the mowers. I also had my two daughters with me who were less than helpful, but Chris treated me and them like they were his own, he was so nice, patient, and understanding. The girls loved, asked me when we left if they could come back and see him. Couldn't recommend going and seeing him for any of your farm equipment needs. Quick and easy and awesome customer service. I've had the pleasure of purchasing my commercial equipment from BVT&S. I have ALWAYS been treated with respect and appreciation! Chris, my sales person, gave me a tour of the facility and ensured I felt valued.
I drive 25miles past 3 other dealers of the same equipment because their customer-focus is impeccable and well worth the trip!
The staff is knowledgeable without arrogance and personably professional.
I waited 3 weeks for a "closer dealer" to contact me to SCHEDULE maintenance. BVT&S had me back up and making money within a week of my initial call!!!
THAT is why I chose the drive!

Blue Valley Tractor is an excellent lawn mower service company. Extremely professional and provided me all the necessary advice on how to maintain the equipment. Service was complete in less than a week and the price was just right!

I had a Toro electric leaf blowers that stopped working with less than a month left on the warranty. Toro sent me a letter to present to a local service dealer along with my receipt to have the equipment inspected for the warranty. The 1st dealer I called on Toro's list for zip code 66062 said he was in the process of moving and couldn't deal with it. The 2nd accepted it along with a deposit then called a week later saying they weren't qualified to work on electric Toro items, just gas. I picked it upon a Saturday with less than 2 weeks left on the warranty then emailed the 3rd dealer, Blue Valley Tractor. I got a reply from Mat Dey first thing Monday morning saying they could look it over. I took it in midday Monday and talked to Jeff Reasoner who took my info, said they would inspect it and let me know how Toro would handle it. Later that same afternoon Jeff called to say Toro would replace the defective equipment by sending a new machine directly to my home. Blue Valley Tractor was great! They got the job done right the first time, explained the process and expectations, and I ended up with a better outcome than I anticipated. I'm definitely going to them first for now on with my power equipment needs.

Was interested in a UTV and due to personal circumstances was running later than anticipated. Called ahead and talked to Chris, who provided outstanding reception and customer service even though my anticipated arrival time was going to put me at the store near closing time. Chris took care of the prep work while I was on my way, which made for a quick and easy transaction when I arrived. Everything was prepped and ready to go when I arrived. Never felt rushed or pressured. Very efficient and friendly service. I highly recommend Chris and Blue Valley Tractor.
