Great salesperson, I wanted to be left alone to sit in a chair I was thinking about buying. At the price point I was going with I wanted to make sure it fit and helped my back and not hurt it. Heather Carney (sales manager) was so helpful and left me have the time I needed, because of that I did pick the best style of chair and the most comfortable fit for me, something I have been looking for a long time. Price point was a little higher than I was expecting but quality does have a price. Go see her at the Columbia store on I70 drive….

A wonderful furniture store! Great customer service as well. I stopped in to look for a nice mattress for our king size bed. A customer service representative was very considerate in showing me what I was looking for, and explained some other options as well. He then allowed me to roam the products at my leisure to give me the opportunity to find the one that suited my preferences. When it comes to mattresses… This business has a large selection to choose from. I’ve always liked Sealy, and was pleased to find they had this brand as well. It was nice to compare it to the several other brand options available as well. I made my selection, (choosing Sealy!) and the purchase process was quick and easy… and they loaded my purchase with care. Very satisfied customer!

Great service from Mark! He was able to answer all my questions and advise me on what would be best for my needs. There was never any pressure or upselling. I had been shopping for a mattress all over town, experiencing inferior service, but when I got to Slumberland I saw the difference immediately!

Zach was very helpful in finding the perfect couch to fit our needs, he was a perfect example of non pressure sales. He was also very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything perfectly, so thank you Zach and to all the slumberland family for making this a great experience.

We found a huge selection of recliners and one that was perfect for my small husband's size. Our salesman, Mark, was lovely, helpful and never pushy. It was a delightful experience and a good value. We will be back for a chair for me next time.

I love Slumberland as they have a lot to choose from, and it is very nice atmosphere there. Heather, who is the person that helped me, is very knowledgeable about what they have. She is very friendly, helpful and courteous. They do what is needed to answer any questions you may have.

My daughter and I had a delightful day shopping for recliners. Slumber land was our last stop. Our salesman Joe was very accommodating and informative without being pushy. He answered all the questions thrown his way. Joe made it a very comfortable experience.

Update- Bruce did it again! He saw us in the store, knew our names and was as helpful and easy going as always. Got us fixed up with a last minute Christmas gaming chair! Great as always!

My wife and I are starting a new home build and thought we would wonder in and just see what we might like for our new house. Bruce Garrett found us and was very nice. He let us wonder without pressure. He found us again just as we found a leather sectional we really liked. We told him our future plans, and he laid out a couple of different options for getting the best deal based on our timeline. We were not really planning on buying anything today, but Bruce was so helpful and laid back that we wanted to buy the sectional from him. He really earned our business today, and probably tomorrow, too. Thanks, Bruce!

Service in store by Heather at time of purchase was phenomenal. Heather is pleasant to talk with and not only did she listen to what we were looking for but she allowed my daughter and I to have time to try everything out. She was available to help as needed. No pressure sales. Thank you, Heather!

Went here looking for a couch or sectional, the salesperson (Zach) introduced himself when we walked in the door, told him what we were looking for and he gave us direction where to find them, with two small kids we tried everything in sight. He never bothered us and let us look, we found what we wanted and told him when we were ready, he came and talked through all the options for the piece we selected; had color and configuration options we could select and we were set to go. No hassle experience I'd definitely recommend.

Slumberland was a great place to shop for our sectional. We started shopping there and went to all of the other furniture stores and came back to get exactly what we were looking for at the best value. No pressure, no gimmicks. I highly recommend Slumberland!

The staff and delivery drivers were super nice, helping me to find a great mattress at a wonderful bargain. Really appreciate their help. I have a solid oak bedroom set I bought there 22 years ago and it still looks like I just bought it. High quality.. Would recommend them to anyone..

Very helpful sales associate helped us with two different purchases. Extremely knowledgeable and patient, even with our young kids running around.

We ordered an extremely large order. We were told we couldn't get delivery until everything was in on November 5th. The day came and went. I called and was told the earliest I could get delivery was the 18th. I said that was unacceptable. The employee that helped us, Mark, spoke with the warehouse and was able to change delivery to the 9th. Great customer service. 5 stars.
