Residence Inn by Marriott Burlington Colchester

Came up here with my husband and 2 kids to get away from the onslaught of rain that is plaguing Long Island, and we loved it. We got updated to a 2 bedroom suit which was perfect for our 11 year old. The hotel was so nice and quiet no one running the halls at night like or people jumping up and down over our heads like we’ve experienced in other hotels.The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when we inquired about places to go. Will definitely be coming back here.

We were very satisfied with our 1-night stay. The upgraded (1 bedroom suite with full kitchen) room was clean, comfortable, and modern. Cathy at the front desk was an absolute pleasure to work with when our key stopped working the morning of checkout, and again when we were heading out. My only gripe is to do with the shower: the water pressure on the 4th floor (at one of the ends, #401) is not very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Have stayed there many times. Always excellent! Everyone I have encountered from the front desk , housekeeping and kitchen have always gone above and beyond to take care of guests and make them feel welcome . Five stars from me !

Everything a Residence Inn should be. Gave me the perfect suite with a fireplace and beautiful mountain views at a great price. Staff had a great attitude and provided excellent service. Made for a wonderful and restorative weekend retreat.

Sarah at the front desk was very kind. Check-in was easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Every employee that we encountered was very nice. We like this hotel so much that we travelled an extra hour out of our way just to stay at this here. We will definitely be back.

Friendly nice people and about the best laid out studio I've ever been in. Quiet and without a sound since it's not right on the highway like most of the other hotels. It is about 10 minutes away from Burlington but well worth the trek. The picture is the pretty view out my window from the fourth floor. I have to admit that folks on the lower floors probably look on a retaining wall.

The staff was delightful, the room was spectacular, the amenities were much better than I expected, and the entire room was exceptionally clean. They also had several large luggage carts, which, with ski equipment, was delightful. And the shuttle to the airport was quick, polite, and efficient. Great experience all around.

This is a great residence inn. Good Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast.

Staff was top, we had a suite and it was big! 2 bedrooms and 1 convertible sofa. There was all needed amenities for a long stay, there’s a tennis court, gym, pool, barbecue outside. Breakfast was honest and for any taste, free coffee all day long, there was even freshly cooked yummy cookies. Really nice, I recommend this hotel eyes closed.

If this isn't a hidden gem! I've never stayed at a Residence Inn (usually Courtyard/Marriott) but was intrigued by other reviews. The rooms are HUGE! We had such a great stay and I still can't get over the space and cleanliness of the rooms. Breakfast was included, another nice surprise. The only downfall is that it's a drive to the fun tourist spots in Burlington, but it's absolutely worth the amount of space you get. Huge shout out to Evan that was so nice when we checked in. He is probably one of the best Marriott employees I've ever interacted with.

I like the place, they provide hot breakfast which is good. The front desk people were very friendly. Rooms were clean, and kids loved the pool.

Room is really nice and clean. Staffs are super nice as well. We brought our dog together and went ski for a day. The dog was a bit scared and was crying. The hotel staffs helped us take care of him. Thank you so much Mandy and other staff members!

Staying here for several weeks while traveling for business. Every front desk employee I have encountered has provided above average customer service. Great care is taken to ensure COVID protocols are being followed, including reservations for public spaces like gym and pool. This is surely extra work on the staff, but you would never guess from their positive attitudes and sunny dispositions. The staff all go the extra mile to ensure guests comfort and safety, and it really shows. Very pleased with my stay.

A hotel with a high Yelp rating? We were skeptical until we experienced it for ourselves. This place is amazing! Here's why:

1) Service: Every person we interacted with at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and genuinely kind. Great service!

2) Amenities: They have a coin-operated laundry room, a large gym, and a pool.

3) Food: The breakfast was good with variety for everyone.

4) Rooms: They are HUGE! Our suite has two bedrooms, a kitchen, and living room. Each room had its own bathroom.

5) Parking: There are two large lots just outside where you can always find a spot.

We'd love to stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful! I stayed here for a month in the fall and couldn’t have been happier with my choice. The staff is kind and attentive, the housekeeping is top notch, and the location is perfect for those looking to be close to Burlington while having easy access to the highway. This hotel will definitely be my go-to for future stays in the Burlington area.

All the way through, my wife and I were very pleased with our experience here. The breakfast was great, the facility nice, and the staff friendly. And I should say that it is a very family friendly place too!

In all honesty, you will get more for a cheaper price at this place than other higher rated Marriotts because of it's style (Residence Inn). You get a bigger room and kitchen accommodations here unlike many other hotel rooms. For that reason, they deserve 6 stars.
