Wide variety of animals the kids can pet and hold. Large variety of dog food. A employee in the reptiles section is really passionate about his critters! He was very helpful, took the extra time to explain to my kids about each animal.

We can't own dogs but we go in to play with the dogs here since my son is 2 and loves them. The shelter is too overwhelming for him. The staff has always been really understanding and nice about it too as long as we are honest about it and we try not to go in if they are busy. Added bonus is we get to meet cuties like the new husky.

I absolutely LOVE this store! I got my puppy from here and he is the best. They will answer any questions you have. All of the animals are always fed,and have clean food and water! At nights when I go in the staff is always giving their pets fresh food and water and again in the mornings. Their puppies are super cute and very reasonably priced for everything they get sent home with. Their puppies always look and smell great! They definitely keep up with bathing and nail trims, they love the puppies like they are their own. I hope more people get pets from here since we know they are healthy and well socialized.

Friendly staff. Cute puppies. More exotic pets than you might imagine. On this last trip, the sales associate told me I could save money buying the larger bag of dog food. So I agreed. When he went to get it, they were out so he gave me a second bag of food at the discounted price.

Shelly is the most incredible employee!! I have never had such a wonderful experience at any petstore ever. She was extremely friendly and kind, willing to let us see the puppies and answer any questions we had. She is also absolutely great with children! If you come here ask for Shelly!!

Hands down, this is my favorite place to get both pets and pet supplies. I've gotten things for my dogs, reptiles, and fish and all have some well. If I have any questions the staff seems ready to help or find someone who can. When answering, everything seemed like good information rather than a sales pitch. Some things are a little pricey, but sorrywthe money.
My only beef is that the parrots are kind of rude, but they're birds.

i called ahead to make sure it was okay that i brought a group of disabled adults in the store to visit and get to know all the animals. the manager said of course & were happy to have us there. once we arrived a guy named keaton showed us around. he introduced us to all of the animals & let us visit & learn about each one ! he was smiling & answering all sorts of questions . we have been other places before & no places compares to the amount of joy the guys had ! this is by far the best place we have gone ! if you want a fun joyful experience please come to petland ! the manager & keaton were AMAZING !!!!!

Extremelly friendly and helpful staff. They didnt mind my 4 kids holding any puppy of their choice and never lost patience. We got a puppy today and its been the best behaved pup ive ever known! Highly recommend adopting from here.

Very knowledgeable staff. Very kid and pet friendly store and you can adopted cats and dogs there now. They have other animals there also nice place overall. Keep up the great work.

Helped me find everything I needed. They could do better at taking care of the aquarium snails and fish but overall my little guys that I bought were in okay conditions. They have many beneficial meds for aquarium life and provide most things other than surprisingly I could not find fish food if you count pond food as aquarium food. They also happened to have moss balls which made me fairly happy for I could not find moss balls other than from the internet.

Petland is a great place! The dogs love to play and are well taken care of! The employees are always on their feet and helping customers! It’s a wonderful place to buy a Pet!

To the guy whom speaks of kennel ingredients his pit at our store for one we don't kennel dogs so don't know qy all what your speaking of and second we believe all pups are equal till proven different just as humans in fact I am manager there and own one of the only breeds that has managed to get themselves banded in a whole state and my dog goes to work with me so please don't post lies

The staff here is always very kind and helpful! Prices are not crazy expensive, and the animals are always adorable. A great place to go for small animals such as rabbits!
