Vermont Nut Free Chocolates

Really great candy and chocolate options for those with nut allergies. Their skippers are so good! (Nut free M&Ms). I'm glad to be finding these in some of my local (Boston area) supermarkets now! I've been eating this brand since I was about 7 years old. Never disappoints!

My son (age 10) has a pretty severe peanut allergy. Holidays, birthday parties and Halloween have been a bummer for him over the years but Vermont Nut Free products have been a game changer! This summer, I got him a debit card to teach him about money and savings (he cut the grass every week for a $10 allowance). After he earned his first $20 I told him he could buy anything he wanted with the money (online or in store). He used his new debit card to place an order for Skippers (unbeknownst to me, a box from Vermont Nut Free arrived in HIS name 2 days later). It really warmed my heart that this was his very first purchase with his own money. This company means so much to us and we are very grateful for them!

I definitely recommend this company for its wonderful, fast service. I have an ALL nut allergy, and it’s been hard to find reliable replacements for my baking needs. Let's just say it was a big hit!

My fiancé has a deadly peanut and tree nut allergy and has never been able to eat usual candies & so I decided to order some and make him a little trick or treat basket with goodies he’s never had before, including the pumpkin box with truffles, creams, etc., a granola bar, skippers, crunch bars, etc. the smile on his face & light in his eyes was amazing as I got to watch him try things he’s never been able to experience before! He keeps snacking on the skippers, I was very impressed by how much the candies tasted like traditional movie theater candy, & like Sees candy! I was amazed with the granola bar, it tasted EXACTLY like a cliff bar, my fiancé has never tasted something like that before! Will definitely be ordering from them again, this is a fantastic option for people with severe nut allergies. I ordered the hot weather shipping container with my order and I live in Southern California, the chocolate came unmelted and undamaged.

I bought a bag of mini milk chocolate bars and the assorted chocolate pretzels at Wegmans! I can’t express how excited and happy I was! I usually only eat bad quality chocolate due to nut allergies. But this chocolate is amazing. The flavor and texture are truly delicious. Definitely my #1 choice from now on!!

At two years old I was diagnosed with a severe peanut allergy and this meant I could no longer eat most candy - it was far too risky back in the days before mandatory food allergy labeling. My mom was devastated by the impact this had on me as a little kid and she really did everything she absolutely could to make things better for me. She would spend hours researching my allergy and different foods that were safe for me to eat so that I wouldn't feel excluded. This was how she discovered Vermont Nut Free Chocolate, the only chocolate brand that was safe for me and others with peanut allergies to eat at the time.

Vermont Nut Free made so many Easters and other holidays special for me growing up. I looked forward to getting an Easter basket full of Vermont Nut Free every year and not having to worry about having an allergic reaction. Just being able to eat chocolate like other kids is something everyone else probably took for granted.

I'm now 24 years old and have been eating Vermont Nut Free Chocolate for over 20 years. I still have a peanut allergy and although food allergy labelling has improved dramatically in recent years, I will always be loyal to Vermont Nut Free. The store-bought chocolate from other companies doesn't taste anywhere near as good anyway - I wasn't missing much!

This company will always hold a special place in my heart for really making my childhood so much better and being the only company that seemed to understand or even care about what it's like to not be able to eat chocolate as a kid. I still love sharing it with my Mom to this day and I'm so happy that she discovered them for me. Thank you so much Vermont Nut Free - you've been here for me from when I was two years old and for basically almost my entire life. I will be a customer for life.

With a family member allergic to peanut, it became a Valentine tradition to place an order and ship to the west coast for many years. Now that they are all grown, it has been a while since ordering. I was delighted to see the wide variety available and placed an order for Halloween fun. As someone who developed a tree nut/coconut allergy later in life this place has been a godsend. Finding chocolate that actually tastes good & is safe has been impossible- then my boyfriend found this place. I will say it's a bit expensive compared to the chocolate you'd find at the local grocery store but absolutely worth it- especially if you have nut allergies

We have a new son-in-law who is highly allergic to tree nuts/peanuts. As a result it is impossible for him to enjoy almost any store bought candies. With him being new to the family it was important that we make him feel included in the Christmas Stocking Treats Tradition. Vermont Nut-Free Chocolates came to our rescue. He thoroughly enjoyed each selection we purchased last year.

This year we ordered even more items. We received an email alert from both USPS and Vermont Chocolates that my package had arrived but when we went to the door there wasn't a package. We contacted our neighbors and none of them had it. So we emailed both USPS and Vermont Chocolates about the problem (both closed for the evening).

Early the next morning we received an email from Vermont Chocolates informing us that not only had they already created a replacement pkg but they would rush shipping so it would arrive in 3 days. We were extrememly thankful but told them we needed the pkg before we left for out of town (2 days) or we couldn't use it. So Vermont Chocolates switched their shipping service and paid for 2-day rush delivery. All of this at $0 cost to us. Most companies would have just just apologized or at best, refunded me my purchase cost. But I was desperate for the nut free chocolates and Vermont Chocolates didn't disappoint.

I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond to correct an issue that they didn't cause. And keep in mind, this was the busiest week for Christmas shoppers yet they immediately and thoroughly addressed our issue.

Just love this company! They make it so easy to place an order and customer service is so very friendly. Both my sons are highly allergic to nuts and when we discovered Vermont Nut Free we were delighted. Never have to worry or carefully scrutinize every package label. My son in California once had melted chocolate and I called the company and they quickly replaced the chocolate for him! Very impressive.

This company is a total life changer! I've been diagnosed with severe tree nut allergies (anaphylaxis) since I was a child. For over 10 years I've had to completely eliminate chocolate and desserts from my diet due to potential cross contamination risks. Pretty much the closest I could get to chocolate was tootsie rolls. They're good but not really satisfying when craving chocolate. Then I found out about "Vermont Nut Free Chocolate " from a local nut -free Cafe who carried their products. (Metropolitan Cafe in Cleveland, Ohio). "Vermont Tree Nut Free Chocolate " has some seriously high quality products! The chocolate is so rich and decadent. I order online and always get coupons via email. I suggest the milk chocolate covered pretzels. So far they are my #1 favorite. Sun Blossoms are good too. They're like a Reeses cup but filled with sunflower butter instead of peanut butter . The assorted truffles are great for Valentines Day. Also just tried "Fancy pants chocolate chip cookies " and now am addicted. They're crunchy with the perfect combination of buttery cookie to sweet chocolate. I literally tell anyone and everyone who has a peanut/tree-nut allergy about this place and so far anyone who's tried them loves their products.

Wonderful gourmet chocolate!! My son has a severe nut allergy and was thrilled to see the assortment and know that he could take his pick (this never happens!!). The look on his face was priceless. Well worth the money! Tastes as good as it looks and beautifully packaged.

Thank you for the Skippers I bought my grandson for his 7th birthday. He has peanut and tree nut allergies and can't have certain candies. This was a big surprise for him. He loves them, he says they are delicious. Thank you so much:)

My favorite place to buy chocolate! I have been allergic to peanuts & treenuts my whole life, my dad found this company online when I was younger and we have been ordering from it ever since! So happy to have found a company who cares about people with allergies. They offer better candy/chocolate than anywhere! I give this company a 5 star rating!

I cannot rave about Vermont nut free chocolates enough! My mom has a ordered these chocolates for me every single holiday for me since I was a little girl. Every holiday I could look forward to delicious chocolates and treats, all without worry of cross contamination. I’m now 27 and these are still my favorite chocolates. My fiancé is obsessed too! Our fave is the caramel pretzel bark!
