Flow's Pharmacy on Broadway

Wonderful pharmacy, and a cute shop for minor things that you would need. OTC medication, Band-Aids guys, anything you may need for an injury. There’s a lot of stuff for such a small shop. I personally love the fact that the shop is small because your privacy is more protected. Nothing is worse than going to the pharmacy and have them screaming your name and what kind of medication that is and what it’s used for! Flows pharmacy on Broadway, is the best pharmacy, I always refer people to go there. I haven’t gone recently, only because they’ve been out of certain medication’s that I have needed. I wish more people knew about flows!!! They do not accept a good RX because the pricier getting is the lowest price that they can absolutely give you and that’s why I’ve always appreciated them. The same medication at Walgreens would be 200 something dollars. I can always count on flows to make my prescription cost lower.

I can't say enough great things about the individuals that run this business and support the patrons that choose to support this business. They are both fast and accurate, empathic and caring. They have gone above and beyond simply supplying prescriptions for patients. The level of customer service you receive from them is second to none. And I'm not even their customer, but they take care of my mother like she's part of their family.

I’ve used Flow’s Pharmacy on E. Broadway for over 30 years. At first it was just convenient to the clinic that prescribed my meds. But as time went on, and I tried a few other pharmacies, I realized Flow’s had the best customer service & always made sure I understood my new meds & answered my numerous, if sometimes, idiotic questions. They know my insurance plan & make sure I get the best price. I have always recommended them when asked about local pharmacies.

I started going to Flo’s pharmacy on Broadway during the Adderall shortage and nine times out of 10, They always had it in stock. And I’m sure y’all know how some pharmacies can make you feel like a drug addict when the doctor prescribed you a certain medication? I’ve never had that problem at flows. I would highly recommend using Flo’s pharmacy.

Anthony is the best! Flows will bubble pack meds to reduce potential for medication errors. As our MDs endure the post pandemic staffing crisis and at times get behind in their response to refill requests, Flows will advocate so that our patients do not have interruptions in their medication regimen. I first used Flows years ago when I lived in Columbia. After moving to a small town 50 miles away I was never satisfied with the local CVS. I went back to Flows this year and have never looked back! Is it worth the long drive well yes it is! The super friendly staff and the way they treat you just can’t be beat. They really do go out of the way to help the customers. The prices are very good as well.

I’m not actually a customer of Flow’s Pharmacy but my pharmacy was out of a medication I needed and unable to get any until January. Flow’s Pharmacy staff went above and beyond to get the medication for me. If that’s how they treat a stranger, just imagine how awesome they must be with their customers.

I just adore the staff at Flows Pharmacy!! I always feel like I'm family there. If you live downtown it's a great place to get your prescriptions cause its quick and easy parking. They do delivery also and it's always right and right on time.

Nice staff, nice atmosphere for a small pharmacy. There are no fancy bells and whistles with this place but it is the service you’d expect from an older pharmacy.

I love everyone here. They are nice, professional, and will do anything to help you. I started coming to them a long time ago after a bad experience with D&H. I will never go anywhere else. They treat you like family. So to me, they are family.

The title says exactly how I feel about this pharmacy. I like the service so well that I drive out of my way to get to them. I like supporting the smaller pharmacies as opposed to the big box stores. That does not mean that I will tolerate poor service. Flows provides the best service of any pharmacy I have ever done business with.

What a trustworthy, efficient, and friendly store without long lines or frequent mess-ups. They were very helpful changing over my prescriptions from a grocery store pharmacy.

Absolutely love that local feel, in pharmacy staff as well as delivery drivers. Treat everyone like family. Wonderful above and beyond customer service.

Never needed to get on line to make a reservation to get covid vaccines or boosters. Even got flu shot too. All done while still sitting in your car.

Super fast place. Friendly staff. Much faster than Hyvee, Walmart or Schnucks. I have the feeling the other places make you wait 15 minutes so you'll buy stuff in the store.
