Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

We stopped in today for lunch. It was a great choice. Josh provided exceptional service. The music is great. The bar is very aesthetically pleasing. I had the club sandwich, no concerns about special requests. My husband had the steak sandwich, said it was delicious. The baby had Mac n cheese, tots and fruit. The Mac n cheese was quite good and the fruit was a nice option. Parking was available and we were seated quickly. It’s a bit on the pricey side but the food and service were Excellent. I’m glad we gave it a try.

Went in March for a birthday celebration. We had reservations, had to wait about 45 minutes for our tables. The service was excellent and the portions were good. Went three weeks later during happy hour, the margarita was ok for the price. Order the sliders medium well and they will be perfect. My sister ordered hers well done and they were a little dry.

Excellent experience here, incredibly nice atmosphere, good attentiveness by the staff for refilling our drinks while we ate. The food itself was very good, a little on the pricier side of things at about $20 to $30 a person. They are a little stingy in their lemons and limes with your water for the price of the food, and they only brought us one tiny loaf of bread before our meal came, but we also didn't ask for another... Although we thought about it.

Good experience though and I would definitely say you should check it out if you haven't been.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE the Grilled Salmon BLT😋 I'm told this is a time limited item BUT this should be a PERMANENT Item on the menu!!! It's surprisingly light, a sandwich that has A LOT of flavor and will make your stomach sing🎶

This was my first time visiting. The interior design was beautiful. I ordered the tuna street tacos and they were delicious. The bar attendant was very friendly, professional, and timely with my food. I highly recommend this place.

Bartender, Devin, created a white sangria using a non alcoholic white wine for me, it was refreshing. We attended happy hour with spicy shrimp & beverages

Firebird's is really good upscale bar. The drinks are top notch and the food is even better. My salad was delicious with spiced pecans, pears, blue cheese among the chicken and lettuce. My wife's chicken pasta was spot on as well.

You could make the argument Firebird's is a touch pricey but it's a great night out.

After the regional manager read my previous review, I was given some gift cards to go back and try FB again and hopefully have a better experience. Today, my husband and I came in for lunch. It was pretty busy and they were short staffed so we had to wait like 10 minutes, which was totally fine. As former servers ourselves, we understand. Our server, Karsten, was wonderful. I felt like she could've been a little more attentive, I found myself waiting for her quite a bit towards the end of our meal, but other than that we loved her. She definitely fit the vibes and image of the restaurant.
Our food, was wonderful. I ordered the pick two lunch, BLT salad and the chicken pasta. Salad was cold, pasta was hot, even after I had to take a 15 minute business call.
My husband ordered the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and a house salad. His food was delicious as well, I tried it. We also started with the onion rings. And I'm super picky about onion rings because the onion usually falls out of the breading. That was NOT the case here. They were delicious, and I was extremely surprised, honestly.
Even though I was going to return after my previous review, I will definitely be returning more for sure. Thank you, Andrew, for the try again meal, it was truly worth it.

I liked the vibe, and the space. It did take a while for my server to come over, and we had asked for a sling for our son's carseat and was never brought one.
The drinks that we ordered were strong, and tasty. I liked how it was poured at the table. I ordered the chicken tortilla soup and it was served cold, not hot. My husband ordered a house salad and the ranch was way too salty.
For the main meal we both ordered steaks. I ordered the Cajun steak and it was really tasty. However I ordered it medium well and it came out more medium rare, way too much pink. My husband's steak was good as well, he got the one with the garlic herb butter.
Overall I will go back, because the food was delicious. But it could've been better.

Excellent food and fantastic service. We have gone for both lunch and dinner, enjoying them both. The lunch steak sandwich was wonderful and the meatloaf was the best I have ever tasted. I strongly suggest ordering the BLT salad as a side with the garlic ranch dressing.
For drinks, we had a Double Diamond Pineapple and their Siesta Sangria both we great.
The meals were around $20 a person and another $6 for the salads. The drinks were $11 each but worth it.
You do need reservations in evening.

Our server was fantastic! Very friendly and attentive. The food was phenomenal, from the onion rings, to the bread, to my wife's KC Strip and backed potato, to my Impossible burger and Caesar's salad. Highly recommend it

I went on a recommendation of a coworker. I was extremely impressed. The food was delicious and the drinks were well crafted. It was a night to remember based on my experience there.

The wife a I have been visiting various restaurants in metro every month. Last month was not a very good dining experience. This month was truly amazing I cannot praise firebird enough! The service was amazing the food wow!!! We had the bacon deviled eggs for appetizer amazing wife has South west potatoes soup again outstanding! Our main courses the wife had Seared tuna superfood salad she loved it. I had the smokehouse burger cooked to perfection. I would recommend this restaurant to other as I will do so!! Waitress lacey most friendly and helpful. The owner checking in to see how our meal was wow you don't see that very often these days! Overall amazing experience.

Everything was really good. Experience was great, waiter took care of everyone at the table with no problems. My only criticism is that my NY Strip was just a bit inconsistent on the cook. I asked for medium well and half was medium well the other half was well. But all in all we had a great time.

This place was incredible. The wings are hands down the best wings I have ever had and the Buffalo sauce was yummy. Oh, and I highly recommend the pineapple martini. Evan was our server tonight and he was absolutely amazing!!!

Great foods! My friend treated me lunch here for my birthday! Friendly staff and our server ( forgot her name, but she was young & with dark hair) was superb

I love the atmosphere here and the service. I ordered the grill salmon, Mac cheese, mixed vegetables with a lobster tail. For my drink I had a lemon drop and a drink called fresh off the grill. The presentation of the food was excellent however my lobster was very very chewy and hard to cut with the knife.

Patio was very beautiful, my husband ordered Cajun ribeye, it was so tender, juicy and full of flavor! Cesar salad was good but very small portion. My burger was so so and fries was very salty! Overall it’s a beautiful restaurant and will back again.

The 12 oz sirloin with the garlic butter is a definite must try! Austen thank you foe the fabulous service this evening. Your suggestions on dessert were fantastic!
