AT&T Store

Leona explained everything to me was very helpful. She greeted me at the door and made sure I understood everything about getting a second line on my phone. She is absolutely a fantastic associate and I’m so glad she was able to help me.

I went in the 135th location to get questions answered and set up a new phone. Dylan was very friendly and helpful.
When he had to step over to assist another customer that had an appointment to see him, the manager Jordan and another associate named Daniel stepped over to help finish things up. I feel like they went above and beyond to assist me and it was much appreciated!

I love the in person service I received!!! I will NEVER call the 1-800 Business connect line again!! It is worth the drive and in person service I received. Monique and Dylan were fantastic in service, very kind and professional in resolving my issues. I hate that the business connect service has gone overseas. I spent 3 hrs total on the phone in 3 different calls and absolutely NO RESOLUTION. So I went to the corporate store at 6615 W 135th in Overland Park, KS and my issues were finally solved! Great store and great people!!

Daniel went above and beyond in all areas. He was patient, thorough, answered every single question. I appreciate his expertise. Give him a raise!
(I brought a family member back and she bought two phones and transferred from another carrier because of Daniel!)

I've been to this store 3 times due to phone problems/questions, and trading up.
Each time Roy went way above expectations, doing his darndest to make things work out for me and solve significant problems
He took plenty of time, and was very kind and patient. Some of the very best customer service I've ever experienced.
Meanwhile, Monique assisted him patiently and gently if a glitch showed up during the process.
I'm in awe of their commitment to help.

Taf has been so helpful with my recent issues on billing and travel questions. He is exceptionally polite and works very hard to remedy any concerns. He has been one of the best things about switching from my previous phone service to AT&T.

Roy was a huge help. We were moving accounts, setting up phones and watches, and getting home internet. He set everything up and made sure it all worked together. His knowledge about ATT products and services was incredible. He spent time explaining everything in detail and made sure we got everything we needed. So grateful!

Came to the store to change phones today. Amazing job and patience the staff showed. Didn't have this experience at other phone companies and highly recommend AT&t. Dylan and Ciro were great

I was in your store at Corbin Park a couple of weeks ago. I just wanted to set up a phone I purchased elsewhere. (I ran over my old phone and needless to say it was not in very good condition) I was helped by your associate Daniel Stromme. I could not of asked for better service. He was so patient and kind with me. It was not an easy task to switch over since my phone was in such bad shape but he persevered and I have a phone that works well. Thank you AT&T for hiring such a competent employee. You are very lucky to have him, he knows what he is doing. Thank you Daniel.

Was getting my work phone transferred over to my personal phone and on my parents phone plan. I was there for 2 hours and Ciro was the one taking care of me and he was outstanding. Never left my side and did everything in his power to help. Daniel and Maha the store manager came over and also did everything in their power to help me. No matter what I felt like I was in great hands. All three of those people are amazing and great at their job. We had to call customer service for a simple thing but they made it so difficult and Ciro, Daniel, Maha each one of them fought for me so I didn’t have to so thank you so much!

Went into At&T tonight and had the wonderful pleasure of working with Dylan swersky today and he was amazing and perfect to work with and make sure you go in and ask for him because his customer service was exceptional

Taf was amazing! When I came into the store he was very kind and wanted to make sure I got the best deal, which I ended up doing! 10/10 recommend working with Taf!

Daniel was fantastic in getting us set up with a new line and phone! Knowledgeable and fun personality! The entire team was great at this location!

Update: 5 months later and this location is still AMAZING!!! Dylan took great care of us setting up an old iPhone for my nephew today! He was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you so much Dylan/135th & Metcalf AT&T team!!!
