I had the OXO organics treatment done here, which is quite expensive. I was really looking forward to it, as I was told its better than keratin and its not just the coating of chemical and proteins but it improves hair bond and the result is permanent.
After the treatment I washed my hair 2 days later, I was very disappointed with the result as it made no change in my hair at all, the photo I've attached is from that day. My hair was still very freeze and dry. It was a total waste of money. I had tried to search for reviews before getting this done but unfortunately I was not able to find even a single review, that's the reason I decided to post my experience, to help others.

I bought a Groupon for a haircut and kept calling to schedule an appointment. Left some messages, but never received a call back. The last time I called, the phone rang once and I was sent straight to voicemail. I exchanged my Groupon for another salon. Just want to warn people not to purchase any Groupons from Salon Twist.

No communication whatsoever. I have been calling every day for four weeks now to try to schedule a haircut and have left over seven voicemails to return my phone calls. I even tried to message them via their website on their contact form… I still have not been able to get a hold of anyone to even book a haircut. Half of the time when I call the mailbox is full. Extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially after seeing all the other high reviews.

She cancelled on my mom 5 days before a wedding. She’s never been reliable. Be careful booking with her
