Just the best in Columbia, for cocktails and food alike.

Expect a few menu options to remain the same on each visit, such as the fried cauliflower and the soft pretzels. Then they have rotating dishes that are always creative and DELICIOUS! I have never been disappointed.

This is definitely my partner and I’s favorite date night location, and it is also enjoyable in small groups (4-5 people).

So delicious, every single dish is so rich. It's a bit pricey but so so worth it!! The shrimp dish was a pleasant surprise to me since I don't usually go for shrimp, but my family licked the plate! Every dish can be split family-style which made the whole experience that much better :) Thanks to our server, Tim :D

Flyover was amazing. We were celebrating our daughter’s graduation and were not familiar with the best restaurants in the area. Well I’m confident that we made the right choice! The food was delicious, especially the tuna poke bowl, pork chop, and the pasta dish! Not inexpensive but don’t mind paying for quality!

The only downside was we had to sit outside on the patio and it was 95 degrees. The food was still delicious and we enjoyed it. We had the bread and butter, chicken fried cauliflower, and salisbury steak. Very tasty!

Doing a day trip in Columbia with our dogs, and found this fantastic spot where we could sit outside and enjoy some fantastic fare. We got to meet the head chef and what seemed like the whole staff as they came to say hi to the dogs, and they were all very friendly and accommodating.

We had the chef and waitress pick us out a menu, and they did not lead us astray. My favorite was the lamb meatballs and baba ganoush, while my wife's favorite was the chicken fried cauliflower on pureed smoked sweet potato.

Stopping here made our day trip extra special, we would definitely return to see what else comes up on this rotating menu.

The food was delicious. We loved the shareable dishes. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Definitely a yummy place to grab food while visiting Columbia!

This aviation-themed bar/restaurant just blows you away with its ambiance and dishes. The servers and bartenders are truly engaged with the customers! Had an absolutely incredible experience. Just watching the beverage preparation is worth the trip!

Think of Flyover as more of a tapas restaurant with a midwestern theme. Had a carrot ginger spritz and the midwestern carnitas—fabulous! Their old-fashioned also gets great reviews.

Flyover was delicious as always. I've been going to Flyover every year for my birthday (which I spend in Missouri I live in South Carolina), My daughter introduced me to Flyover and it was a hit. Our favorite meal is the Catfish then we top it off with the Chicken Fried Cauliflower. This time we also had the Creole Shrimp and Crawfish,which was delicious. The best thing is you can order lots of small dishes and share them among your table. The Catfish is amazing it taste so so good. The food is so fresh and the flavors just melt on your tongue. Not only is the food delicious the drinks just end the meal with perfection and its fun to see the bartenders make the drinks

Flyover is such a unique and great restaurant that Columbia offers!

To the atmosphere, food and service, this restaurant is fantastic! They cycle out their menu very often to new dishes, and I love the concept of the menu as there is no appetizers, just shareable entrees. Typically 3-4 entrees will fill up my girlfriend and I. The best thing on the menu though is the chicken fried cauliflower! My goodness — the sauce they use with it so amazing. Obviously not all of the items are amazing, like the carnitas in our opinion just wasn’t that good, but it gets made up for in their drinks. The bartender is fantastic and the daiquiris are to die for! Although this is a very expensive restaurant, I would still highly recommend trying it at least once! My girlfriend and I have been here multiple times and still does not disappoint.

First time eating here and honestly it was pretty amazing! My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary and I have zero complaints. The food was so tasty and the drinks were nice. We got the soft pretzels, penne alla vodka and poutine. It was hard to decide what we liked most, it was all so good. I wish we had gotten more to try but we didn't even finish everything we ordered. I would strongly recommend this place. If I had to complain about sometging it would be the length of the table. Lol My person was so far from me. But that's just being picky. Amazing place everyone should try.

The food was great and the servers were really kind. Really cool atmosphere, nice place to eat. Should probably make a reservation, though.

Loved all of our food! Catfish was so good! Loved all the pasta! I will be back! Everyone that waited on us was so friendly. Best non Alcoholic drinks I ever had.

We got the soft pretzels,, the midwest carnitas and the margherita pizza. The pizza was solid - good ingredients, a nice char from their wood oven, but didn’t really wow us. The pretzels and carnitas were amazing though. Pretzels were warm, fragrant and delicious. It sounds like it wouldn’t be worth the $15, but paired with the Boursin fondue it really blew our minds. The carnitas are quite possibly the best dish in Columbia. Individually, the pork, hominy and sweet potato puree are fantastic, but when you mix them together it causes some otherworldly magical shenanigans to happen in your mouth to make everything work in harmony,

The restaurant is clean and comfortable. They obviously take pride in the upkeep and decor, and despite the small space you never feel cramped.

Service is top notch. Staff is all very positive and enthusiastic.

As a competitive strongman I absolutely love this restaurant.

First lets talk about food quality. I spoke with the head Chef, Adam, and asked specifics about ingredients as there are some dishes that come and go with the season. He informed me that he will only have certain dishes on the menu if he has the ingredient fresh from his garden. Could he get them sold to him? Yes! Does he care enough to not do that? Yes!

As for quantity of food. I have never been disappointed in the quantity of food my girlfriend and I recieve when going to Flyover. On any typical visit to Flyover we order 2 "appetizer" type dishes and we each get an entrée. Typically there is a little left over but that doesn't last long.

Back to my opening statement, I am a competitive strongman and consume a larger than normal amount of calories. I have never once left Flyover feeling hungry or unsatisfied.

I will gladly go back to Flyover any day of the week.

Came here for a nice dinner with my parents and the environment was so nice and inviting! The service especially stood out to me, as we were very consistently checked on, never kept waiting, and we really loved our server!

One of the best & most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in quite some time. Our waiter was very attentive, kind, charismatic, and the food was phenomenal! Everything was seasoned perfectly and distinct, the drinks were amazing. Definitely a must try.

Flyover has a fantastic menu of small plates and cocktails. The staff is always quite friendly. You'll often see both co-owners working with the staff, even on Saturday evenings, to ensure diners have a pleasant experience. One of the best spots in Columbia.

I've heard from many that this is the best mac and cheese in Columbia and I can now say, Flyover has THE BEST mac and cheese in Columbia. It's creamy, smokey, salty bacon explosion of flavour with perfectly cooked chewy spiral noodles to soak it all up. The pretzles with this whipped, creamy cranberry cheese were delicious as well. Super friendly service and highly recommend! Just call a day or so before to secure a reservation because it's popular.

Not only was the food *stellar*, our waitress walked outside to give us the to go box we forgot 🥺 Could not say enough thank you’s, (I was really gonna miss that food!!) and it was just the kindest gesture ever!!! An amazing place that cares :)
