We were driving to KC, had car trouble and had to make an emergency stop in Ashland. We called Randy and his team came to us in about 15 minutes, jumped started our truck, and then drove us to the shop to fix our vehicle. We were super impressed with the service, especially last minute and at 5pm. Highly recommend this team for any car repair! Thank you all for helping us!

I was traveling along interstate after 5 pm had battery trouble just able to get off the road to a convenience store. Called they came right over got me back to the shop put in battery and still had trouble, diagnosed alternator issue. No hotels in Ashland said I could make it as far as Columbia called a repair shop there for me set up with the first thing in the morning time to repair got me on the road. Being from out of state, these guys were great. Recommend them for any kind of repair or work they can do for you.

I don’t even have the words to explain how grateful I am for Randy’s. My skid plate and another piece fell out of my car and were causing sparks on my way home from a very long workday and I was forced to stop in Ashland. Figured a small town mechanic with good reviews would be a good place to start, as I tend to trust them (as a mechanically ignorant young woman) not to try to rip me off, as can be the case with some places. They were so kind and took me in immediately at the end of their day on Friday, and within 20 minutes, not only was my car fixed, he didn’t charge me at all. I cried the whole way home, as I am financially in dire straits and could not believe this incredible kindness. Despite living half an hour away, with all future car troubles my family and I will be using Randy’s, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Extremely kind, generous, professional and skilled mechanics, and I will never forget this and hope nothing but blessings and success for them in the future

Randy is very honest and up front about any work needed done on your vehicle. He will not steer you wrong. Good genuine mechanics. And local.

My colleague and I ended up at Randy’s when the work vehicle I was traveling in started making loud noises and didn’t want to accelerate. We limped to Randy’s where we were helped immediately. Randy found something stuck to the drive train, removed it and had us back on the road in under 30min- and he didn’t charge us for the assist. We greatly appreciate Randy’s kindness and quick assistance! Highly recommend.

My car broke down and Randy was quick to come get it and have it fixed for me the same day. I honestly thought the car was a goner but Randy saved it!

Randy and his staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. They do efficient work! From diagnostics, to a quote and doing the work and out the door the whole experience was excellent! When compared to a large dealership I found them to be more affordable, detailed and informational. Most importantly, my truck runs like new when they are done. Have transferred my vehicle’s needs to them and have been really happy with the choice! I highly recommend giving them a shot at your vehicle’s needs!

When my tires needed to be replaced, we checked with the dealer I bought my vehicle from, along with another company known for their competitive tire pricing, and Randy's beat them all. I have gone to Randy's for most of my vehicle repairs.
I like the fact that he is a family owned and operated business. I have never had an issue with anything he has done. He is honest and does not try to tell you that you need repairs that are not needed.
Very good place for all your mechanical needs.

You will not find a better shop or people around. We broke down transiting to alaska for a military move and I'm so greatful we found Randy. We were turned away by every shop around and Randy went above and beyond to help us when we were in a bind. Him and his crew are beyond awesome. If you need any work done and your remotely close to Randy shop I highly recommend heading that way and be sure to give baby girl her scratches.

Can't say enough good things about Randy's! It feels great knowing there is somebody right around the corner that I can trust. They go above and beyond to help you not only get the best price but understand what they are doing.

I had a thermostat stop working and took it to Randy's to have the truck fixed. They did a excellent job and called back twice to see if I wanted to go ahead and have two extra things done to the truck that might have been damaged by the excessive heat. I appreciated the call ahead of time and they provided excellent service. They are my place to go to have my truck worked on.

Randy is a life saver! I needed to have the rear axle on my truck replaced, Randy was able to locate one for me. He installed it and replaced only what needed to be replaced, we didn’t go to far of budget, but he still gave me a super deal on all of the work. I don’t think I could have asked for anyone better! Thanks Randy!

The only place I take my car!

Being a young female that knows nothing about cars, I've always dreaded taking my car into the shop. More times than I can count, I've been told I needed things replaced or fixed that ultimately did not need fixing. Who knows how much money I've wasted :(

That is NOT the case at Randy's. They are great! Last time I took my car in because of a horrible sound when I was driving. Turns out it was a rock stuck in the wheel well- they charged me $0! They could have told anything was wrong and I would have believed them. I love being able to trust Randy and his team.

I always get my oil changes at Randy's- they use the oil to help heat their shop in the winter!

Best place I've been. Found out the dealer I was taking it to was messing my Jeep up and putting wrong parts in and he fixed the problem with a fair price. Good quality trustworthy help is hard to find! I will be back in the future if ever I need anything. Highly recommend!!

Great people, great service. Went well above and beyond trying to track down my trucks issues and never complained once. Always responsive and helpful. Second vehicle they've worked on for me. They had my jeep's brakes fixed and working in no time. Definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

When you're 600 miles from home and you need fast, friendly, reliable service, get to Randy's. They couldn't have been better and more neighborly. And it doesn't hurt that Jose's Jalapeños, some really great Mexican food, is directly across the street. Thanks so much. You guys rock!

I Personally Think That Randy's Auto Repair Is The Only Honest Mechanic Left In This World ! He Has No Problem Taking You Into His Shop & Showing You What Is The Issue & Taking Time Explaining How Things Work. There Are Hundreds Of Customer Comment's Hanging All Over The Office & In A Book. I Don't Understand Why People Feel The Need To Run Down A Hard Working Honest Man. Ask Ashland He Dose Work For Most Of It .
