Always a great place. Excellent staff who knows where everything is. Can be overwhelming at times but they are there to help. Personally the Stihl certified guys are the best. Wouldn't take my machines anywhere else to get serviced.

The team at the Westlake Ace Hardware are phenomenal. They give you that family feel, remembering your name and your needs, and are always happy to lend some help. Store is also always clean and organized.

Always full of helpful smiling people. It's hard to get in here without being offered help, You've got to be moving pretty quickly. I enjoy how helpful they are. And even when they are checking you out they are always polite and very friendly. They have a pretty good selection of the things that one might need as well. It's not everything, but a nice variety. Check it out before going somewhere else!

This is my go to store when im looking for special nuts and bolts. The staff has always been super helpfull. Dont be afraid to ask for help. Youll be in and out in no time. The guys in there normally know exactly where the stuff is located at.

I live in Olathe. I searched throughout Johnson County for a shop that would repair storm windows and screens. Hard to find! I was so fortunate to find that Trails West Ace Hardware in Gardner provided the service. They did a wonderful job and fast. The price was extremely fair. This local HDW store is simply outstanding! You’re always greeted at the door and offered help to find what you’re looking for. They have captured the home town feel with exemplary customer service. We like all the coupons offering Savings throughout the store. The coupons seem to never expire but you just can’t use them before the effective date. There’s no discretion for the employees on the coupon effective date. This is a great coupon program for their loyal customers. Well done Trails West Ace Hardware!

Gardner has a Great Ace Hardware, Trails West. It is a well supplied store, has everything a person would need from a hardware store. The people that run the store are just wonderful to work with as well as all associates, super friendly. Everyone is there to help whoever walks through the door and makes you feel important. Everyone is so helpful and friendly at this Ace Hardware Store although I think their prices are a little high compared to other places it's nice to have personal service.

Ace stores always have someone to help and answer questions. This store's staff were excellent. I am impressed with the technology they have and ability to lookup items. It seems that they are much faster at checkout than the big home stores...and I don't have to do it myself. Ace does it right!
