Sport Clips Haircuts of Olathe Pointe

We know Sport Clips is a franchise but this one always treats me right. I am now a regular here and will make time to make it here for a hair cut even if somewhere else is more convenient. I normally ask for Amber (who might actually be the manager) and she always treats me as well. You can't go wrong with any of the ladies here though. At most of these sort of places they show you product after your haircut and I have found that this is the best time to tip... Unless you are wanting a salon priced bottle of hair goop.

I have been going there for several years, and the ladies there are polite, friendly, and professional, and they really cut my hair amazingly. I always do the MVP experience to help them out and show my appreciation for them, and leave a tip on top of that. Their app works great, and I can choose who cuts my hair and check-in. No longer do I have to wait in the shop because I know what number I am in the line and they give you an estimated time AND text to your phone when they're ready for you, so I can go in right on time and not wait. It is very efficient. They don't waste my time, and I don't waste theirs. They're wonderful and fantastic, and I endorse and vouch for them wholeheartedly 1000%. I give them 20/10.

I like this place because the stylist I use REALLY knows how to cut hair. Her customer service is excellent, with the head massage during the shampoo and the massage vibrator afterward. I know, this sounds kind of pornographic, but it’s really all on the up and up. And no, I won’t name my stylist because I want to keep her to myself.

Kelsey was awesome!! She helped me find the style I was wanting and delivered an amazing haircut. After she explained the products to me and what each one did, but she wasn't pushy on me buying them. The products are great though. Very happy with my experience!

I'm a gender non-conforming woman who has wanted a low fade for a while, but I had no idea of where to go to get this style. I was nervous about going to a place that from the outside, seemed to cater almost exclusively to male people, but when I was getting my haircut Monnie put me right at ease (and even shared that she had a gender non-conforming child)! My hair looks so rad, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Definitely recommend going here and seeing Monnie, if you're a woman who wants a badass, short haircut!

My son gets his haircut by Lauren. He loves going to her, she always cuts his hair perfectly! She is the only stylist that we will goto. We always make appointments online and usually show up about 10 minutes before our appointment and never have to wait that long when we arrive.

I came in here Tuesday as a walk in because I happened to be in the area. I was surprised to find out they not only cut my hair, but all of my hairs. She did it in a fashion that made me look good. She was cool to talk to too. I will probably be back if my hair grows back.

Amazing cuts and stylist. My stylist is lesli and I have not changed since. They are great at what they do and know how to treat they're customers right. The hot towel massage is amazing. Definitely a game changer.

I have another review on a barbershop. That was one a little weird; i let my hair grow out. It was horrid. I walked into this barber with a little less, but they delivered what they promised; a clean haircut. I got what I asked for, and even better, service was extremely well. The only major downside is the long wait, but there's plenty of stores and restaurants around to pass that time by. Even if the wait knocks off a star, i still would have given it back; the wait was worth it. If you know what you want (or don't, as I found out), you will find the wait worth it.

Kelsey is the best and most consistent stylist I've had in years. I drive 30 minutes so see her every 3-4 weeks. She is engaging and truly cares about her craft. Go see her and make sure you get the MVP!

I would like to write something very positive about your staff , one in particular Kelsey she is just wonderful, very attentive, professional, attention to detail and what I noticed more about her is that, she is she has a BIG HEART and has so much compassion for what she dose! she is an asset to your company! I say the same about Lauren also who works there!

I have always loved getting my hair but here! Olga was super fun but she had to leave. Courtney is fantabulous though so I've never gone a time without someone who knew what they were doing.

I’ve gotten my haircut by 4 different ladies here. Kelsey, Leslie, Tammy and Lauren!!! They all 4 do an amazing job!! I like that I can go in there without an appointment and still get great quality haircuts. Every time I go in one of these ladies are there

All the stylists there are excellent and on point!!! They give sorr superb, upscale hair cuts, not your average everyday cuts. There MVPs are so relaxing, especially after a long day! When you walk out you look like you've just walked out of a photo shoot!

I come to this location often because the cuts are always good plus the stylists are friendly. I went last night at close by mistake and instead of being told that I was too late they helped me anyway. Better yet, they assured me it wasn't a big deal. I can say that I will continue to come back especially for that reason alone.

I've gone here for 5-7 years and had Olga cut my hair, I have always liked the place and she does a great job. However, today I called to see if she was there to swing by, but the lady who answered the phone said she is no longer employed there. Does anyone know where she works now?

Gotta shout out to Nicole. The girl is good and i always enjoy havin my haircut by her. The staff is awesome and as picky as i am with my hair i highly recommend them. Good job girls!
